incorrect order and very poor customer service. rude manager
Absolutely the worst location by far! Their none existent customer service should close this store down! No attention upon entering. When someone finally slowly made his way to the cash register. I asked for the bathroom code so my daughter could use the restroom. At which point he held it hostage and refused to give it to us until i purchased something. Which, I was literally in the process of! Then another employee makes a b line for the same bathroom and at this point i am getting impatient. He tells me to forget it and deletes my order all together! Wow! I can say i will NEVER visit this location again and will spread the word as well! Way to go dairy queen! Serving you community so well!
This is the WORST customer service ever. I was going to drive through for food today on a work trip. I stopped to use the restroom and was told it was for customers only. I’ve been on the road driving for awhile and needed a bathroom before I could think about food. I explained I was planning to use the drive through. They stated that they could only let me use the bathroom if I had paid for food. Again I explained I would once I could use the facilities. They would not budge. Now, I am a professional working female. I was wearing dress clothes and make up and clearly not a drug user or homeless person. But my bladder was full and I needed to drive through and get back on the road. I would not have made it. So not only did I not get a bathroom but they did not get my business nor will they ever get my business.
Burger was cold and questionable to whether it was fully cooked or not. The cheese wasn't even melted. The bun just crumbled and fell apart when you took a bite. Definitely not fresh. The fries were hard and cold. Some had black spots on them. The cookies in the blizzard were stale. When I addressed these issues with the manager, she just smiled and shrugged it off. Terrible service.
How can bathrooms be closed? Is that even legal? Had to leave and go to Baskin-Robbins next door if we can’t even wash hands.
9/10 times they mess up my burger, and just as often it takes 10+ minutes for it to come out. Also the phone number you have posted doesn’t work.
I ordered a chicken basket when I got back to work to eat my food it was only a basket full of fries I tried calling the store and no answer I looked at my receipt and I also got charged for 2 sauce instead of just 1 the fries were not even hot, never going back to this DQ
I don't know about the food, after traveling we needed the restroom. When we were told it was closed for the evening at a little after 7, the dinning room open and people were ordering at the counter. No restroom=we left for some place else to eat!
They turned away our business. I will never go here again. they had no business and I can see why. their public restrooms were closed to their paying customers. I will not eat at a sit down restaurant that does not offer restrooms to their customers. if a business has no restrooms then they shouldn't offer dine in service.
Do not go to this Dairy Queen….. So Freaking nasty!!! I swear I have gone there many times but the last 2 times were awful. I’m 100% they microwaved all the burgers I got and the fry’s taste of nasty grease that hasn’t been changed for months. I’m not going back to this Dairy Queen again.
