After spending $30 on food I went back through the drive thru because they had forgotten a side of sauce that I really wanted. After navigating the difficult traffic to go back through I told them that my queso sauce had not been included with my order. They asked me what I had ordered and whether I had paid for the .49 sauce. I told them that I did not want to answer questions, but I did want to have the sauce that I ordered and paid for. I carried my food inside to show them that I had paid for the food and that I would like my queso sauce. They questioned me again. I said I don't want to talk about it, I would just like to have my sauce. The young lady was adiment that I answer her questions. I told her that I didn't appreciate being treated as if I am a dishonest person and I would like to have the sauce. I'm really frustrated by this. I shouldn't have to answer questions when I ordered, paid for the sauce, and had to spend extra time on what I was hoping would be a quick trip. I had to spend extra time to get my sauce because I would really enjoy to have it. I still do not have any sauce because I didn't want to play 20 questions before getting it. Since I raised my voice and became increasingly frustrated about it they told me they were going to call the police and I had 10 minutes to leave the building.I asked nicely. I am never a difficult customer and I like trying to make the kids laugh at the drive-thru window. This is my only negative google review I have ever left. I changed my profile name for my personal privacy because I feel uncomfortable leaving a negative review of any business. Sometimes, customers just want to have a meal cooked for them so they can relax and enjoy. Sometimes people go through the drive thru because they have had a long day and don't want to socialize. Sometimes, customers may set a personal boundary that they are hoping will be respected. It seems like this employee took personal offense that I did not wish to be questioned. In her opinion I didn't deserve her respect or to have the misplaced queso. I do not wish to be treated as though I'm trying to dodge traffic to get back to DQ to get a free .50 sauce, which I did pay for. I don't think this situation warranted the treatment I received. Mistakes happen in the food industry and its not a big deal, but when a customer asks for a correction it's not something to be offended by. I'm usually a softspoken person with a small voice. A friend of mine said that I sound nice even when I'm upset. I imagine this young lady felt comfortable taking her frustration out on me. I did raise my voice. I was so frustrated that a simple situation was being made to be difficult. I understand that people in the food industry deal with a lot and I despise seeing them mistreated. Sometimes, the customer is right and it's good customer service to give them the benefit of the doubt and not treat everyone like they are looking for freebies. You must keep that queso sauce under lock and key!I am a professional business owner and accountant. I have worked hard all my life and I raise my children to be upstanding citizens. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. I live nearby and I have a large family. It will be a long time before we come back. A professional and a mother only has so much energy and time. I really did not want to spend my time begging to have queso sauce with my dinner. I was taking a moment to care for myself and of course it just can't ever be easy.
Came here on a Sunday night and ordered two Blizzards. It was kind of busy but whatever, took maybe 10 or 15 minutes from ordering to the window. The person at the window handed me the two Blizzards and they had lids on them. You know, usually when you order a Blizzard, they usually turn it upside down to show you how thick it was. This person did not. And I know why. Because when I turned mine upside down, it went all over the place. Thanks for that. It was basically the consistency of a milkshake, which shows me that they made it and then let it sit until I got to the window, melting the whole time. The other one was salvageable and went straight in the freezer when I got home about 2 minutes after I left the drive through.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. sometimes there is a wait for food, which is not a big deal for us. I always get extra fry sauce and even though there is a charge, it’s well worth it!
Chicken strip basket was the worst I've ever had.. looked like McNuggets. No gravy, had to ask. Dine-in service 4x slower than drive-thru. They did have clean restrooms.
The Service was excellent. The lobby was open for dining. And, our food was hot and delicious
Excellent customer service especially when visiting with 4 kids. Clean dining room and restrooms as well!
Good food/service. Tables and chairs and booths are same as when I worked there over 20 years ago. At least the carpet is gone.
Sydni is the most amazing worker and always goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is one of the kindest souls you will ever meet and takes such pride in her work at the Queen. I have never had a wrong order from her and cannot recommended enough. This girl deserves a million dollar raise!!!!!!! ????
It's not hard to get orders correct. Order 2 pretzels and an onion ring through DoorDash, got 2 fries. Go to drive-thru and order the same thing again...2 fries and an onion ring. That's pretty pathetic. 0 for 2 on going to Dairy Queen.Edit: Door Dash was through Keizer for some reason, leaving the same review there. Both are worthless
Good service. Polite. Takeout and dine in are open and available now.
