Treated like loiterers and made to feel out of place after going out of our way on our road trip to get my daughter some DQ. At 2:45pm on Saturday, 6/4/22 while my husband and daughters were deliberating on what to have for lunch I decided I would use the restroom but was denied the code until we officially purchased something. When I told the woman behind the counter that my family is standing before her making their selections, she said curtly "you must purchase something first. It's store policy." Her attitude was so off putting with an undercurrent of racism that my husband gathered our girls noting we will find another location. How disappointing, especially since the stop was out of the way for us and meant as a surprise for my oldest daughter.
Terrible management! Can't even open her store on time. Clearly should change your times online and on your door. Got there at 11am waited for 15 minutes with 3 hungry kids just to be told they aren't "ready" to open. The manager who worked there @ 11 on 5/28/2022 was rude and thought it was funny that they aren't open yet. Reading from all the reviews, I can only imagine what else goes on in this place. Keizer DQ is so much better and people there are awesome!
No gravy. Very sad about that but overall pretty good.
The chicken strips were good, but if you're going to take the extra time for my food and make me park...please make sure you don't put out a meal with a whole piece of just burnt bread in place of garlic toast...
Waited 25 minutes for our food in the drive thru parking space because they never cooked our food. Had to go to drive thru to tell them I was still waiting. Worst part is, it was about 9:00pm with NO OTHER cars there. Will not be going back there.
Worst dairy queen in the planet never have gravy for chicken strips . Save your trip unless you just want ice cream.

My husband ordered me a ice cream cake for my birthday days in advance like your supposed to. He got a confirmation number and everything. Went to get it at pick up time and they had no knowledge of my cake. What is the point of ordering ahead if they don’t do it. I tried to talk to management and they said it was on the owner. Contacted corporate and weeks later I still haven’t heard back.
