Wow, this location is worse than the rest! I went in to buy something so my daughter could use the restroom. First off no one seemed remotely interested in coming up the the front of the store where we are standing in plain sight. Secondly, the cashier refused to give us the code to the bathroom despite me trying to purchase anything! As we were waiting another employee jumped out into the lobby and goes into the bathroom we were trying to use! At this point the same cashier says you can forget it, i am being rude... um nope! Impatient as my child needs to use the bathroom urgently. I did not say anything "rude" but he turned us away all together. At which point i am obviously very annoyed!

Grabbed a quick bite before a short fishing venture. The customer service was fine and the fries and strawberry shake were very good. Have no problem giving this DQ five stars!?

If I could give zero, I would. You really need to hire new people who want to work, instead of the rude hateful people you have there. Also, you shouldn't have people working for you who tell a paying customer to f off and name calling. When you call to complain, they hang up on you. I'm surprised you get any business at all with rude staff who should not be working there. No wonder your ratings are in the toilet.

waited about 5 minutes to give order. the waited another 5 minutes to get order and it was just for 2 Blazers. But it was worth what.

This is probably my favorite Dairy Queen in Salem. They typically serve you in a reasonable amount of time and the food is typically good quality. I suppose my main complaint (hence only a 4 star review) is consistentcy. Frequently, my blizzard isn't made correctly. Definitely need employees to brush up on the blizzard and other treat recipes. Also, definitely need chocolate ice cream back!

ACTUAL RATING: 2 AND ONE HALF STARSto wait and got old patties on our burgers-not fresh. One burger was made wrong. Felt like buns were not toasted. In general not properly made food. The mint chip shake was decent. I suggest to add extra mint if you want a stronger flavor of mint.

Due to the height of the drive thru window and a small car and being a shorter disabled woman my credit card fell while trying to reach the window to pay with it. I had to get out and could not get the card because of the drive thru having a large exterior rim. I had to move my car forward to get my card. The person who took my order and gave me my order was kind and understanding. However another guy popped his head out and was beyond rude while I was trying pick up up the card off of the ground. Other dairyqueen drive thru that have the same setup can see how hard it is to reach the window from the car with my height and normally reach out slightly to help make up the difference. This is not the first time that this location has had rude staff.

Had to wait like 10 to 15 mins in front because my order took extra long from the drive through. The fries were not that warm

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Actually is the customer service that was awful. The person taking the orders today ar 3:25 pm needs to learn manners. Talking outload about taking the order wrong and complaining and making faces about it is so unprofessional. I was patient at first but the attitude was to much. After me and my two friends were treated badly we called to speak to a manager and the same girl answered and just said "OMG" and hung up.If you don't like your job find a new one!

I just hate it when I order a meal for my daughter and a tiny little cheeseburger for mommy because I'm starving to death death and I get home and there is nothing in the bag for mommy I am very very very disappointed that this happened and from here on out I will have to check my bags I wish I had called II want my cheeseburger I think about it every day
