Crumbls flavors are unique and often very rich, something I love! The store is always busy and the setup allows everyone to see the cookies being made which is always fun! The only struggle with the store is being ready for a wait and standing for long periods in the small store.

These are for the cookies, not the experience. My wife brought me home some cookies and I was excited I try them after seeing the rave reviews and hearing about the success of this franchise. The experience and tech integrated into the store itself is probably what heightens most of the reviews here, but not having experienced the store and just the cookies, I would have to say people are blinded by the touch screen menus and beautiful displays in the store. These cookies are more like dense flat cakes than cookies. Cookies should have a crust on the outside and then chewy in the middle and BAKED. Most of these cookies were raw in the middle and if you like eating cookie dough raw, fine, but I like mine baked. I don’t mind the size, I think it’s a nice idea to buy them to share, another smart idea for the franchise.Apple stores have a great experience and beautiful displays to widen your eyes, but they back it up with an amazing product. This franchise probably creates a great experience, but IMO, doesn’t back it up with the product. Maybe it’s more a west coast thing, I haven’t had cookies like this anywhere in New England, maybe I have, but maybe I’m just trying to figure out why they are selling cookies like this. The peanut butter one was decent, but please, at least bake your cookies, I’d probably bring it up to 3 stars.

Always love checking for the weekly flavors. It’s become a tradition with my boyfriend and I to get a favorite and share it in the car on our “cheat days.” You really cannot go wrong with any of the flavors it seems. But I will say the Pink Sugar cookie will forever be a favorite and go-to when it appears on the menu.

Yummy yummy yummy! Y'all I can't even explain how good these are! You're gonna have to take my word for it and go getchu some!!

Never disappoints! I love how the menu changes every week and includes seasonal cookies!Word of advice: Write down the name of your favorite cookie - otherwise you’ll be like me, forever searching for the delicious, nameless cookie that you can barely remember the looks of but know for a fact it was THE BEST COOKIE IN THE WORLD.

Finally tried Crumbl after hearing how great they are, I don’t understand the hype. The shop is pretty, ordering process and presentation are great, service was good. But the cookies weren’t that tasty, more cakey/doughy than I prefer and definitely under baked.Maybe that’s how they are supposed o be?Also ridiculously sweet, like I know it’s a cookie but these were on another level sweet. They weren’t inedible but at these prices I expect a better cookie.

Cookie wise I would rate this place a nine out of 10 because I don’t ever give things 10 normally because you never know.. what if I have a unicorn cookie one day and it’s amazing ? I came a little after 10 with my friend and sister. I got the sea salt toffee, my friend got chocolate chip, and my sister got the mint brownie. Like it’s so perfectly chewy with just a tiny bit of sea salt and then like cookie itself (brown part) it’s just made so well (so much flavor and so warm and chewy and FRESH. The people that worked there were so nice and patient that overall great experience. .I knew from the beginning when we were walking in and the gentleman that was working there was walking out I think to give someone their order and he held the door open for us like a gentleman and then answered all of our questions because I told him it was our first time there. I got a four pack because I wanted to bring my brother a cookie and he wasn’t responding and the girl that took our order was just so nice and patient and wasn’t mean or anything like that because at some places if you take a little bit longer than usual like you get a little bit of attitude or like you can see the look of annoyance from cashier and stuff at-least I have in the past so I was so appreciative of them for being so nice about it. Also the lighting there was perfect to snap a picture of the cookies. 10/10 experience. For anyone that complains that the prices are expensive, I feel like quality over quantity. You definitely get your moneys worth in flavor, service, and experience.

Friendly servers, and delicious cookies. You can't go wrong. Their rotating flavors lend to a more adventurous palate if you want to try something that's a little different, like their coconut lime cookie or their strawberry lemonade. But they also have the traditional flavors like their milk chocolate cookie—which they always have—or sometimes a classic sugar cookie if you want to keep things original and simple. While the prices seem high, these cookies are giant and rich, and make up for it in my opinion. The best part about it though is the fact that they're made and served fresh; every single time I've order a box, they always come out warm, soft, and delicious.

Kind of thought they'd be a little bit bigger. The flavor doesn't stand out however it is a fun place to go with kids

Rosy, I think was her name, was so sweet! My order was pretty large, the time on their app said it would be ready in 25 minutes. It ended up taking more than an hour to get my order.. She informed every 5-10 minutes when it would be ready.. made sure I was doing ok, etc. She was so kind! Thank you Rosy (I hope that’s her name, on Lancaster), and Crumbl Cookie team! ?
