It's was okay. After reading reviews I had to try. Had brisket and cheesy mash potatoes. Both were barely warm. Potatoes nothing to write home about. The brisket was semi dry...and they must use liquid smoke....just a guess. It was like the awful burger King flamed broiled taste that wouldn't go away. I was burping smokesignals for hours...Sorry not a fan.

Best damn BBQ in town! Sliced brisket beautifully done. Smokey, pull apart tender with wonderful bark. Thick Mac and cheese with cheese toast and spicy jalapeno rice. Love it!
If you don't know where it's at, Google maps will take you past it. It's behind Ink Daddy's out south. I had the Smoked meat & cheese sandwich. Chopped Brisket and cheese on a pub roll. Was really good! I'll be back for sure
We have tried many different barbecue places and this barbecue is the real deal. Not only best brisket in salem but the Mac and cheese will have your grandma's in 2nd place!!Polite and great prices too!
