It was so freaking good! Went there for a business lunch and it was a good decision.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. This is my favorite guilty pleasure in Salem. The bao is amazing but the KFC wings are to. die. for!!!!!! don't skip this gem
I had the steak Bao for lunch today and it was amazing. Most delicious food I've had in a long time. Will definitely be going back. yummy!

I have never had Boa buns before, and let me tell you I’m glad I stopped here. Really amazing service. They took the time to walk me through everything and explained what everything was. These were so good!! I’m seriously hooked and wishing I got more than two. I highly recommend this spot!! I’ll be back for sure!
Stopped in on a Sunday morning after errands and this was a wonderful little establishment inside the Fork Forty dining hall. We ordered from the Sunday Brunch menu, getting the brunch fries and the Korean wings. Both dishes were full of flavor, perfectly crispy, and absolutely delicious. All of the people working were kind, courteous, and very helpful when it came to ordering as well. Would love to come back during the week for their regular menu too as this was a really nice experience!
Stopped by the Fork Forty Food Hall in DT Salem and decided to try some of those delicious Bao's I've been hearing about. I often get the roof of my mouth scrapped up from toasted bread, but let me tell you this. Those Bao's are HEAVENLY! The steamed buns are like a soft pillow of goodness that gently caressed the roof of my mouth like hug from grandma- so warm and inviting. Those delicious pillows of goodness did the same for the fillings inside and hardly anything escaped their grasp.The fries that came with were no out of a bag fries either, thick cut and was accompanied by some delicious poblano sauce that was herbaceous and refreshing. I got their featured bulgigi bao and chicken bao and man, sooo good. Owners are super friendly and it was just overall, a wonderful experience. And being withing Fork Forty, a perfect place to take some friends who have different tastes as there's so much good stuff to try.
Well, the name is fitting. I have definitely added some chub to my gut because of this place. No regrets. I would eat their food daily if i could. I have had almost every item on their menu. The staff is always courteous. The place is always very clean. Best part: i can even have it delivered so i don't have to role my chubby self out of my apartment. I really dont like choosing favorites.... but i order the bulgogi most often. Keep keeping me chubby, my friends. My boyfriend likes having something to hold onto.
I ADORE Chubby Panda! The food is nothing like anything I’ve ever had. The Bao sandwiches are my absolute favorite. Every single one is arranged to order and looks just as good as it does on the menu. The flavor is out of this world and the staff is fantastic.
I got the tofu bao and hubby got the honey BBQ and fried chicken bao sandwiches for date night. After going going over the experience together, we decided the only downside is that the filling for the sandwiches was just fine. Really what it comes down to,, is that it could have been better seasoned. The seasoning onf the dish was betting on that the kimchi would host the flavor ride. It just didn't make my taste buds sing, and it isn't memorable - now even like 10 minutes later. But, the bao.... Lemme tell you! Made my night. Now, that was a delicate texture like no other, which paired beautifully with the crisp coleslaw and cucumbers in the sandwich.So, would I come here again for the atmosphere and food? Absolutely ?!
