The food was very delicious and the service was great. Enjoyed the jazz live music. It is always a treat.

Wonderful evening food was great service was wonderful and the music enjoying

The wine was sweeter than expected - a Riesling, so I shouldn't have been surprised. Service okay, not prompt. Food good, not outstanding.

Another great dining experience. The food was wonderful and the service superb. Thank you.

Slow service, but I think staffing is what every restaurant is dealing with now. Bread was good, soup too salty, salad w/ steak was huge portion and v good. Minimal wine selection but we had a very good bottle of Pinot Noir from Domaine Roy et Fils for a bargain.

Hi. I normally never give a bad review, but this situation deserves it. We made reservations for 5 weeks ago and drove in from Phoenix. We were seated, waitress came over in 15 min to acknowledge us, got drinks and ordered appetizers. We didn’t see our server for awhile, finally came to take our order and we waited for 45 min and server came by to say our dinner was being plated. Then we waited another 30 min and asked again about our food? Said it’s the next ticket ?! We got up and left , my sister waited to get the food to go. Then they forgot to pack one of the meals. The bottom line was it wasn’t to busy for a Friday evening, no communication with the server or any attentiveness to to refill anything or be honest about the situation.

Had a 6:00 reservation and was waiting for food until 7:40. Service seemed under staffed (though friendly) and kitchen was unbelievably slow. Would not return to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes to receive food.

We were dying for a quality steak and decided to save a bit of money by forgoing Rudy's Steakhouse for Chira's. Sadly, everything about the meal, from the rolls and honey butter to the ribeye steak were solidly average, not worse or better. Speaking about the steak specifically, the portion was certainly large, but it was cooked medium when we asked for medium rare, and the outside was charcoaled. I had to slice off the outer layer because it was black and crusty. Two positives were: the server was nice and friendly and the glass of wine was a very healthy pour. Otherwise, very ho hum. In retrospect, we should have splurged and went with the proven commodity, Rudy's. It's definitely more pricey, but worth it! We've never had a bad meal at Rudy's. I don't think we'll return to Chira's.

Chira's was a good dining experience. The food was excellent and the service was great.

We were welcomed and seated at the table that was set for us. My wife's tentative entree choice became firm after clarification by our server, and she was pleased by the meal. I enjoyed one of my favorite entrees. Service was efficient and friendly from arrival to departure. We have dined at Chira's many times - the pleasant atmosphere and delicious food make every visit a treat.
