Wow $30 for a burrito and a pollo asada bowlThere was more salsa than meat, if you put all the meat from both the bowl and the burrito together it would almost add up to the amount of meat in a taco bell taco! Epic rip off, will never dine there again. Do yourself a favor and go to Alberto's on market Street and Lancaster Dr, better price, quantity and tasteIf I could I'd give zero stars for Chipotle
Over priced, not authentic, bland food. Rice was tasteless, beans were bland. Meat was so so. Medium salsa is super mild. Astronomical price for guacamole to be put on food. Guy who helped me seemed irritated that I was there. Horrible customer service. I've gotten better food at taco trucks. I will not be going to a Chipotle ever again.
Burritos as good as always ! Burrito bowl also great ! This time steak in burittos was just awesome ! Good place for a quick lunch, will stop by again.
Not too happy this time. We dined in. They were out of forks, but wasn't told this until we asked for them. The meats were cold and the rice wasn't cooked enough (was still hard). The young employees seemed to be in a rush to either go on break or end their shifts.
I love coming to this chipotle and I have for the past 4 years. Unfortunately a few days ago I was helped by Ashlee the manager who has terrible customer service and a disgusting attitude, showed little to no interest in wanting to be at work. Pathetic… on another note the cook made the food great ?. I still want to speak to your superior Ashlee. As a store manager you should hold the highest of positive attitude and make customers feel welcome.
The only meat they had was chicken. It was hard and fatty. The chips were my favorite. I was not acknowledged when I walked in to pick up my order. As you can see the counter is a tad messy. I've had better service here in the past. Not so happy this time.
The food was good but what impressed me the most was how clean everything was including the bathrooms. This is a big deal during covid times!
Such great service .. the staff and manager went out of their way to make sure my meal was great.. the first time meat was dry , they came and brought me all new meat even though I didn't ask... great staff.. great service.. sweet people..
The food is as great as it always has been, but the staff seem stressed and unhappy. Notably the portion sizes for protein have decreased substantially.Reference: I used to eat Chipotle weekly.
Quality has consistently gone downhill. Just received a delivery order that was labeled wrong, cold and missing ingredients. Chips were a mix of old, soggy and salty with fresh and queso was ontaminated by a chip in the container-that was not ours.
