Horrible restaurant, the food I was served had a strain of hair. I have orangish hair and the hair that was on my food was black. The staff didn’t do anything about it. They still charged us for our food when we complained about the strain of hair. Unprofessionally handled.Apart from this, me and my family have been going to this restaurant for tons of times. This has never happened and I’m no longer going to this restaurant. If you wanna save yourself some money please don’t go to this restaurant it’s very expensive and the food is always mostly cold or warm never hot.
First of all. The service was terrible. We had to ask for everything. The food was cold and the pastrys were stale. There were flies everywhere. Including dead ones in the bathroom. They charged $400 for 22 people. Which is very expensive. I'd expect 100-200$ because most of the people were kids. This is a scam. Very unclean. Disgusting. Don't go here. It's a scam. It is non sanitary and is a very confined space.
Dislike that they poured fresh cooked foods on top of the older foods in their buffet bins areas! That's against food sanitation regulations- ESPECIALLY for buffets! Under ripened fruits & over cooked meats. I've gotten sick from eating here on 3 different occasions & food poisoning once this last time! I'm officially DONE eating at any buffets, especially this one!

The hot food wasn't even hot. The cold food was warm. They ask to help not waste food but their food is honestly terrible and we weren't able to finish the food on our plates. We gave the other dishes a try but again were not hot food at all. The crab salad was in the cold area with the other salads but it was warm it wasn't even cold at all. I'm afraid this will honestly get people sick if the food is not at appropriate food temperatures. Never again will I come here and I advise others not to due to what health hazard it can be for the customers.
I have never in my life been treated so horribly by restaurant staff. The food was absolutely disgusting and please if you going to choose to eat here calculate the check yourself before paying. They tried to charge me 12.00 more than I should have been charged.
This has to be the worst quality of food and service my grandmother and I have ever had. The food was either over cooked or under cooked. The prices are unreasonable especially when the advertise otherwise. Over priced drinks that were clearly out of the soda syrup couldn’t even finish a plate or really drink the soda. Had a couple bites in me and my grandmother felt sick. I do not recommend this place to LITTERLY ANYONE. It’s sketchy under cooked seafood.. I’ve had bad food before but at least they tryed. I sadly couldn’t even leave a tip with the quality and rudeness of the service. No need to eat here there are plenty of Great Chinese food place here in comparison.

The food here was not warm at all. Everything I got on my plates were cold. The shrimp tasted stale. The stir fry was barely cooked right. It was not a good experience. When I pointed it out to one of the workers she just said "I can't do anything" and pushed it off. She was going to try to make me pay for 3 people but 2 of us barely ate anything so I asked if I could just pay for 2 people or even 1 and a half. She gave me alot of attitude the whole time. The workers glared at our table until we left after that. I will not be putting any more money towards this business. Would shut it down if I had the opportunity to. Stay away from here if you like being alive.
The food was ok but this One waitress was being really rude and asking for a tip. And wait to expensive!
