They do there best and the quality is always on point. Friendly staff and customer service is always good. Store is usually cleaned and due to short staff they do look like they try so hard to get things done.
Clean restaurant for fast food, better than Burger King, McDonald's. I don't eat fast food often but Carl's is better than all the others by far!
I place 4 orders, by the time I got to the pickup window it was ready, hot and it was good. Thank you and keep up the good work.
So this review seems to be about value for your buck. I ordered 2 biscuits for the "special" deal. Now I can understand inflation (somewhat without sounding too anti this or that) but raising this 25%, ouch! Well I went there because I was hungry. When I received the order I thought this feels a little light but eh no biggie. When I opened it up I realized they did skimp on all ingredients. The biscuits were smaller (I actually preferred this to a big fluffy biscuit that falls apart, hence the couple of stars), the egg was barely visible, and I tasted bacon like maybe twice. So from now on I think I'll pass a little more often than not.
The servers friendly and the food came out surprisingly quickly. The reason for the 3 stars is my fries were not very hot.

Meh. Charges $.50 extra for lettuce, but is it worth what they give? Not so much. Prices are high.
Not impressed. Fries were cold, burger was lukewarm, bacon undercooked. Everything tasted less than fresh and wasn't offered condiments. I've had Carl's Jr before at another location and it was excellent so unsure if this is covid related or just an issue at this location
Had a great experience dining here. They were out of meduim cups, so I downgraded to small. The price was adjusted in means of extra compensation with my hand breaded chicken. Super satisfied! A great deal. I recommend dining here. Good management, good team, good service and good food. I mean, for fast food. As good as fast food gets.
