Great service and fantastic food! Hands down some of the best waffles I've ever had. Sister had it with Strawberries and they were so fresh! Will have to try them again with other fruit choices.
The absolute best breakfast place we have eaten at in Salem!! Everything was so tasty, I had the prime rib hash with eggs and homemade biscuits and gravy, my husband had the French toast, eggs, and ham steak. Very flavorful, would highly recommend!!!
Great food! Excellent service. Love the ambience. The biscuits are delicious and I have no words for their homemade peach jam? The biscuits & country gravy is so good and their cinnamon rolls are the size of your head! Definitely worth stopping by! Enjoy!!!
This was our first time here. We came on a Sunday around 9 am. We were promptly seated and our drink order was taken. The nice server brought our drinks quickly. Then our actual server, December, took our order. She was friendly and upbeat. Our food arrived quickly. And let me say, is was DELICIOUS! Cinnamon French toast?! Wow! And a scramble that was hot! Great experience. Highly recommended this cool little place that still has a family feel.
We love this place. The bacon is like steak, it's so thick. They cook their eggs perfectly. The homemade jam is amazing. The only surprising side is the coffee is $3.25 (more expensive than soda). But all the refills and good coffee.
First time visit here. We came for a late breakfast on the weekend. Food and service was good. Might come back to try lunch next time.
We usually have breakfast here, but yesterday had lunch. The burgers were huge and delicious, with ample imaginative toppings. Staff always friendly and attentive. We've probably eaten here 20 times and it's always a great meal.
Amazing, local and delicious. Such great choices for food. Everything on the menu is delicious. And their store with fresh local produce is a must stop. Oh obviously the shakes and smoothies are divine. My favorite place to come all summer long for their milkshakes
Friendly staff, clean and engaging enviroment with ok food.We were seated rite off the bat, service was friendly and clean seroundings.Daughter had the French toast with peaches and I tried the pastrami corned beef hash. French toast was light and fluffy but the peaches came as a side (she forgot them). The corned beef and hash (made with pastrami as stated in the menue) I was not thrilled. It was more like minced potatoes with overcooked pastrami bits and super salty. Hot cocoa is great. We tried a cinnamon roll as well and it was huge and smelled great. Taste was a bit different...more bread with frosting and less cinnamon roll and, super heavy.Fancy presentation for high end diner food.
We were in the area recently and decided to opt out of the free motel breakfast for a real breakfast at Cafe 22 West. We had passed this place many times over the years, but today we decided to try it out. Are we ever glad that we did! We tried out the breakfast special of the day: cinnamon roll French toast, accompanied by two eggs, I had the sausage links, hubbie had the bacon. Portions were perfect, the food hot and delicious. Sometimes when you eat out, the greasy food revisits you later. Happy to report our meal was not greasy and didn't affect us at all. Service was great, the staff friendly. We will visit again. ☺
