The place seems to be hit and miss. The first time we went here it was great! A lot of fun, food was good, service was good, and had absolutely no complaints. The 2nd time was not good at all. We had missing items (replaced before we left parking lot), overcooked luke warm wings with hardly any sauce, and cold inedible fries. They were hard and we just threw them away. Our appetizers were good at least. The place is too expensive to be that inconsistent.
I love BWW but this Salem location is disgusting and the Service is bad I’ve only gone to this location 3 time in the 6 years I’ve lived in Salem and each time I go I remember why i don’t go this one. The woman’s bathroom is filthy no toilet covers, one paper towel Machine empty and toilet paper all over the stall floors. It was also not as busy as most bww can get and we had to wait 15 minutes to get seated while we saw multiple people come in and get seated almost right away. While waiting to get seated the floor of the entrance was really sticky and a trail of soda lead to the waiting area and on to the bench, I let the worker of the to go area know their was a spill and she said “oh I’ll get to it” and when we where heading out after eating the spill was still their! Also such a safety hazard and someone could have slipped. And on top of all that our food was cold! So after spending 100 dollars last night I’ll never again go to this location it’s so disgusting
Such horrible costumer services, my wings were dry and there excuse was “the sauce is thick ask for extra sauce next time” I shouldnt have to ask because they should all be evenly coated.I went back a 2nd time and asked for extra sauce and they literally gave me sauce soup just to make me mad. WINGSTOP WILL ALWAYS BE BETTER THEN BUFFALO.
I ordered through Uber eats and they didn’t check my bag which I asked them to in the notes when I ordered. The driver brought me a completely different order. I called BWW and explained to them what happened and without question or making ME feel bad they remade my order for me so it was nice and fresh. Super professional and even offered some cake for a little extra apology. Thank you to the manager Sean for being so kind. (I think his name was Sean)
Good staffMy friends and I got a late night snack last night and realized halfway through our meal that it was almost closing time. I'm guessing since we were the only people in there the staff were really kind about it and never said anything other than letting us know when the last call for drinks was. I can't remember the name of the waitress that served us but she was friendly and attentive to our table, and checked on us regularly. The manager also brought a smile to our table while helping our waitress. Very chill environment and a nice way to end the night with my friends and good food.
Placed an order of sauces to go. Arrived to pick up my order only to find out they had sold my paid items. I had to wait another week to get my replacements. However, Jeff, the store manager made it right by offering me free sauce to make up for the drive that I had to make just to get my replacements. Thank you Jeff. My husband and I will definitely be back to your store.
The waitress was super nice and worked well so we left her a 20$ bill on the table which was 30% of our bill. Then a couple days later we saw on our debit card the waitress added more tip onto the card payment. So be careful if you leave the tip line blank…..
I used to love BWs, but the prices have become crazy. Spent $40 on 10 wings and 2 drinks. There are too many good restaurants with reasonable prices to keep going here, unfortunately.
I was sort of satisfied. I brought my son and 5 other people here for his 16th birthday. The staff was friendly. They messed up on one of our orders, but fixed it quickly. They took away my partially finished adult beverage, but corrected it when I mentioned it to another staff. The food was pretty good, but the prices weren't proportionate to the quality and amount of food. I spent about $200 for 7 people. Don't order a Red Bull (5.49) or liquor if you'd like to save on cost. Also, be prepared for noise and more stimuli from TV'S than you might be prepared for.
Not impressed. Usually go to b dubs in Beaverton area but were in the neighborhood for valentines day and gotta say this kind ruined our night. I had a wrap and the tortilla tasted old and or stale. Wife got a 18 dollar burger and it was really dry and looked nothing like the picture. Huge bdubs fan just not this one. On top of that server rarely even stopped to see if we needed anything
