As a frequent visitor to the Eugene location, I was looking forward to visiting the flagship location. I brought my wife and our 3 young boys with me. We happened to visit during happy hour, which was a first time thing for me. The deals they give you during happy hour are a fantastic value.We ordered a basic chicken sandwich and basic burger for the boys. Both were excellent and at 5.50 were a fantastic value. We also got a fry pile which was OK. Fireball tots were excellent as always and the kids destroyed thier large order of bacon cheese tots. I had the fire in the hole burger special and it was a bit underwhelming and my burger patty was in pieces but no big deal. Wife had the chicken pesto which she always get and we all agreed it was a great visit. If you like heat always get the cherry habanero sauce, it's excellent on anything.
What can you say about another burger joint....well this ain't your run of the mill burger that's for sure. Plenty to choose from, generous portions, and too many combinations to shake a stick at. I personally had to limit myself on the sauce and will have to come back multiple times to try them all but look at these portions. Screw that New Years resolution of trying to lose a few extra pounds when your eating this good.I'll have to try a shake next time but man, prepare for a food coma or invite some friends...hell, invite the whole office and make it a party.
Cool location. Large selection of all kinds of realy nice burgers. Or build your own. The fries tasted very good and I loved my burger. It seem rich to me. Strong stand out flavors and quality ingredients. Definitely going back. PS. If it's cold out it gets realy cold inside. Every time the door opened the air rushed in quickly. I was seated furthest from the door and still got an icy blast. Bundle up eat fast.?
Who needs fast food! Bo & Vine is a foodie haven for burgers & specialty sandwiches. This has been on elf our fave takeout places in Salem since we moved here 2 yrs ago. YUM!
Burger great, fries way over done. Sweet potatoes fries I make for my guest are never black and so do not charge. Hum.!. Maybe I should. I can do better than what I got. It was so loud in their I have beer in dance clubs with the music at the same decimals. That level is for a drinking night out not for a meal. Do not bring your family to loud for kids ears, don't bring business is to loud and no one would try to deal in so much chaos.bit is way to loud. I came as a couple don't you have to yell so does everyone all around you. So alone with ear plugs would work. Food great environment no good

My husband loved the food. He said its top 5 best burger he have eaten, but i didn't enjoy mine too much oil in everything ( yes it was friend but seems like extra oily). We got ours for take out. Place was clean and nice ambience.
I'm very pleased. First time going.Good menu options and a great opportunity to create your own burger.Let's do a top down approach.The bun is fantastic and flavorful.The fixings. Let's brag a bit about those pickles. Crunchy and super delicious. Just a hint of spice that lets you know it's a great pickle.The bacon, cheese and burger patty. All exceptional. It's how a pig and a cow that grew up together would want to be celebrated.It's a smaller venue but does offer a family type table. Small cozy booths. A high top or two, one tucked into the corner for your people watching pleasure.I'll definitely be back. Also has some vegetarian options as well as gluten free.
The food was pretty good but it was o early juicy as there was grease and a lot of sauce in the burgers. They were very messy. Portions were large. Nice place for trying new but will more than likely not go back.
