They're cold brew is strong and tasty, one of the best I've ever tried with cake bites are second to none
We used BigWig donuts for our dessert bar at our wedding and they were a huge HIT! We are gluten & dairy free so these were a perfect fit! There was not a single one left! We ordered 20 dozen total! 4 dozen of each their 5 flavors! I would highly recommend using them for any of your dessert bar needs!

The little donut holes here were delicious, and you would have no idea that they are vegan! I will definitely come back if I am in the area.
If it's "Treat Yourself Day," this is the place you need to go. These donut holes are a special indulgence that always brightens my day. I try to avoid gluten, so this is really my only choice for donuts, and they never disappoint. I especially love them when they are warm right out of the kitchen. Their seasonal flavors are fun and inventive, but my favorite will always be the simple cinnamon sugar. The coffee is great too. There are a lot of great donut shops in Salem, but this is the Bigwig-giest.
Finally broke down and popped in to try these donut holes— was soo not sorry I did so. I love that they have a 3 for $4 donut special? I’m not a huge eater so that was so handy. I got an iced London Fog and 3 donuts— lemon poppyseed, maple, and cinnamon. Lemon and maple were definitely my favorite. The donuts are very dense and moist, I really liked them. Will come again.
I really want to give 4+ stars .... But what business that wants success is open for 4 hours per day without huge lines outside ? This place has fantastic donut holes, but not actual donuts, just holes. So I have 1 option for size. Next , my cold brew is seriously only 4 oz ? there's not an option for a 12 or 16, seriously? I wouldn't come back for a coffee since you charge full price for 4 oz while shop across the road does a 16 cold brew for same price.....even if it's just added water, make it an option or known or whatever ..... I won't come back for cold brew ever!Next, you open at 9 am for coffee and donuts???? Talk about a bad business practice. I'm staying in town and my first day I wanted to give you business due to the great reviews. The donuts were fantastic and great! Ever other day ..... Donuts and coffee spots typically open at 6-7 am ( not 9 am,) but maybe people need this as an extra snack since they open so late ?Opening after 9am for coffee and donuts makes zero sense ...I hope you do well in the long run ... But as a visitor in downtown Salem, I wanted to give you more business but it made zero sense with your limited hours. Imagine if you worked am 8 hour day ...crazy possibilities
