We had the baby back ribs. Very tender fall off the bone good!! You get fresh baked bread/rolls with a hint of sweet and whipped butter. It come with your choice of soup or salad we choose the salad . Was fresh with tomatoes and bacon bits. The wait staff was great. The best that we have been taken care of since Covid has started. We will return .
Restaurant is nice clean. The mini golf course is very fun. Worth visits just for the game. Would have liked to see it filled with water. The hamburger was good . Was nice had a gluten free suggestion menu. Wanted to buy the largest prime rib dinner. Would be nice if they looked at why their prime rib meal isn't gluten free. Probably is something easy to change so everyone can enjoy what is special here. Anyway, good food , good times. Thank you for having a nice mini golf course
For the food (average, I'll explain), I would give it 3 stars, but the service takes it back up to 4 stars. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the Tennessee Wraps appetizer and ended up ordering another round. The rest of the food is where it went a bit downhill. The steaks we ordered just didn't stand up to the expectation (based on the apps and the price). I will absolutely stop in for a to-go order of those wraps EVERY time I'm nearby, but otherwise it's just okay.
We had a birthday party dinner for five people. They were very attentive to our one handicapped family member. The host & The waitress were fantastic! It was one of the best meals we’ve ever had! The ribs had a lot of meat and were so tender they just fell off the bone. The tri-tip was beautifully cooked and tender. The salads were great… The pasta… And of course the rolls…. All the sides were delicious. Everybody loved their meals! Oh & the drinks were great!..need I say more we will definitely be back!!
Had high hopes with these reviews. No idea how this place has 2500+ reviews and 4+ stars I would say that’s pretty questionable. The food was worse quality than Applebees. My steak was extremely tough to cut and it was medium rare. Foods were salty, steak was bland.
Was a little bit disappointed on the last visit. We were set in the back of the enclosed patio. Was very cold. The food was delivered and was in between cold and warm. The soup was like a mix of 2 leftovers combined.
I rarely post bad reviews but had a very poor experience last Friday. Large party dine-in for a birthday dinner. Some of our family arrived 51 minutes prior to dinner to ensure we got a table. We were sat at a table that was only large enough to accommodate 70-75% of our party. We brought this up but they weren't willing to move us to a larger spot. As the last of the family arrived, they were forced to sit by themselves away from our group. Family birthday dinner.When the manager was engaged, he acknowledged that the staff had made a mistake. Made up for with comped appetizers. He was sincere. His sincerity is the reason my review bumped back up to 2 stars.I later talked to some of the family who all commented how the food was noticeably lower quality than usual. Dry chicken & steak, overcooked potatoes and not-fully-cooked Tennessee rolls were the most notable. My teenage son loves Buffalo wings and wouldn't eat theirs as they weren't flavored well.We love this restaurant but this experience will remind me to go to the Lancaster location next time. I acknowledge that the service industry is struggling right now but I haven't had any experiences like this.
Food was outstanding, but the service was a little iffy. I wish the server was a little more attentive with clearing the table and refilling our waters but that's really my only complaint. The rolls with honey butter it SO good!
I have been going to Best Little RH since day one and they continue to be consistent and on point. I have a favorite booth in the bar, lots of great memories of over 15 years shared with friends, family and first dates. My favorite appetizers are still the nachos and potato skins. Nice, everything. I would go back. Friendly service. Great food. I ordered the grilled shrimps. It supposed to come with rice on the bottom of the Shrimps, but it was just a sprinkle of rice around the plate, I was a little disappointed.? Other than that. The food was super delicious. I will return and eat there. Love love love I would give 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
