What a fun little space in Salem. This wasn't here when I lived in Oregon nearly 10 years ago, and it's quite chic. Met up with my friend for lunch and sat on the rooftop, which I preferred as the inside was very crisp with AC for my now California-ized sense of heatWe had sandwiches and salad, with a three-set bruschetta, wonderful. I liked all three, very substantial and a good shareable plate. We also enjoyed a glass of tap cider. Yum.
Called today to place an order on the phone - guy who answered didn’t identify himself and was pretty arrogant - he said it was “policy” not to take phone orders that everyone orders online - I told him about my disabilities and had to ask twice for a reasonable accommodation to place a phone order he sighed then asked what I wanted - then he asked if I was in a car for some reason and I asked him if he was sitting at a desk he ignored me - told him the pick up name he just hung up no bye - rude rude - the Margherita pizza needs some work - way too much sauce too little cheese and they put salt on top of it which is for sure stupid , it actually looks more like a tomato pie - we also had brought the farm pizza was very good the arugula thought was wilted and just didn’t go with the pizza but besides that it is an excellent vegetarian pie - if they improved on their customer service and tweaked or changed some of their recipes it might be a decent place - I’d avoid until they started to give way better customer service, adhered to ADA (American Disability Act) requests , and changed some staff and customer service policies- then it might be a place to spend your hard earned dollars
Atmosphere, decor, and seating is more like fast food than expensive pizzas. It was insanely cold inside. They were out of many alcoholic drinks and you couldn’t pick up the pizza because the toppings would just fall off! Interesting place probably won’t be back.
We ate up on the roof top. It was nice and relaxing. We sat in thw middle so the view wasn't great, but the enviroment was pleasing and food was delicious. Great birthday dinner!
Group of friends were up for the IronMan 70.3 and met on the rooftop for lunch the days before the race. Everything was delicious and the portions were hearty. Salads were more than enough to share, someone ordered pepperoni pizza and I have never seen any restaurant be that generous with toppings. I ordered an adult grilled ham and cheese, delicious. The rooftop deck was quiet and lovely. Nice location. Highly recommend!
Have you ever sat down on a roof top and ate dinner ? How about damn good pizza while on said rooftop? You got to try out this place out ! Reservations required for the roof top dinning, but the service is great as is their food !!
We got seated in less than 5 minutes without reservation. Beautiful Italian ambiance, very modern style. The waitress forgot to put our order in after 15 minutes and apologized. They give us 25% off for each of our order, which is I'm very glad. And most importantly the food and drink that we order tasted great!

The atmosphere is casual but well put together. I went for a Late lunch 3ish. Great service, quality ingredients, delicious drinks. Light fresh healthier Italian fare. Super cool taster boards paird with wine or create a board of 3of any of their specialty recipes. Meatball appetizer w some bread and the awesome sauce so good. Tiramisu was a great desert to share. I'm sure it gets packed and crazy busy but not then. Great experience and can't wait to go try more of their menu!
We went to Salem and what a nice town, The river walk, cherry trees, we walked all around. We built up an appetite and wanted to eat— Vegans, vegetarians, (and some ate just meat) I love tasty food so take it from me, Basil and Board had the best charcuterie, The pizza’s to die for, Caesar salad is king, Go to this restaurant and order anything!
