Cocktail Bar Coffee & Tea American

Archive has everything to love about a local restaurant. We went in the late afternoon on a beautiful sunny day. The atmosphere is comfortable and mellow. The food is fresh and delicious! More importantly, the coffee feels like a warm hug. The staff is friendly and helpful, answering questions and making recommendations upon asking. The outside patio is pet friendly. We will absolutely be back to try their dinner and drinks.

Been coming here since it opened in 2014, and I have never had a bad dish or a bad drink. These guys are the king (and queens) of hand-crafted drinks. The Bees Knees is a classic espresso drink you must try if you haven't yet, but there are many non-coffee options as well. A great atmosphere for happy hour drinks or a late night cocktail. Overall still a consistently excellent place.

Hip and clean, but welcoming and cozy. Beautifully crafted coffees and good service. Checks all the boxes for your 3rd wave gourmet espresso needs. Great cortado

The positive: Very good coffee drinks. Good variety of tasty, food choices. Fun decor; sort of hip city meets industrial whimsical. 5 stars on their imaginative menu.Negative: Inconsistent service. You may get vaguely disinterested, downright rude or, if you're lucky, actually friendly helpful service. 3 stars on the service (or the lack thereof).

Great people, great service, and always a perfect pour!

It is a nice place to get either coffee or a nice cocktail. The music isn't too loud and the inside is nice and well maintained. Employees are also quite nice and make sure you are taken care of. They also have food but I personally didn't get any

This place is pretty awesome, I love the atmosphere, they have a cool seating area with a old fashioned scenic bar. It’s interesting because the cafe is also a bar and serves as a good chilling spot. As well, the drinks are unique and tasty. Definitely stop by!

Their coffee is good quality, I wish they had more flavors like a caramel sauce for coffee but the atmosphere is great! My mom ordered drinks here once and she wouldn’t really recommend as your nightly bar or whatevs

I stopped in recently to check this place out. The big space was energetic and very appealing. Customers enjoying drinks and food with a nice variety of artwork and other cool displays on shelves and the walls. Loved the cool-looking bar and high ceiling.I purchased a couple of bags of their coffee beans to take home and was disappointed to be charged for a small drip coffee without a discount. I expect to pay for everything and don’t usually complain about this stuff, but I thought it was unnecessary to charge me for a small cup of joe after paying $24.00 for their bulk roasted product. Most of the local roasters near my house in Portland will give you a free coffee drink of your choice with any purchase of their bulk coffee; admittedly, I had the same expectation here, but it is what it is. Archive Coffee is pretty good (the coffee is stout and fresh), and the service was decent, although the guy who helped me was a little high-strung, overly-hip and a little disingenuous. There are too many other places for coffee that are way more chill..I I don’t need to return here.

Great drinks. Cool vibes.Nice place to chill and unwind.Seasonal drink menus.Indoor and outdoor seating.Heaters for cooler days and evenings.
