For my purpose, picking up an order to deliver, this was a 5 star visit. I walked in and there was already a young man standing there who saw me and waited for my approach. He was polite and promptly went to get the order. In the very short meantime, I was nicely greeted and asked by a lady if I had been helped as well. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes! Perfect.
Awful. It was a late night meal and I left an email to the franchise to complain about my Medium steak being Well done. However I was told there was nothing they could do about it. They also didn't accept my husband's I.D. Because it had a bend in it. It was a takeout order so when I got it home I realized my food wasn't cooked correctly and they were closing for the night in about 20 minutes. I literally couldn't bring it back. I didn't have enough time. I would recommend another place to people. Especially for steak. People should not have to get a brand new I.D. to drink a margarita or a beer. Ridiculous.
Good food. Good service. Good drinks. Good prices. We’ll be back soon.
I've always loved Applebee's I usually dine. I picked up at the curbside pickup. I had the Bourbon steak and added sauteed mushrooms and onions. Everything was perfect, even the cocktails. I recommend to anyone?
Great service every time we go. So far haven't had to wait to be seated. Good food
With all Applebee's not being equal. I was not impressed at all with the food or the drink's. I'm afraid strawberry daiquiris are not light pink first of all second strawberry daiquiris are made with strawberries not just rum & syrup and crushed ice. My meal was chicken with a melted grated cheese concoction that wasn't that good. I'm sorry Applebee's you can do better ?
Whatever you do, never order to go! We doordashed food and for the FORTH time they some how managed to screw up our food. The first time they burnt my sons pizza so bad it was black! The next 2 times they gave my husband completely raw steak when he ordered medium-well. We called to talk to the manager because quality control has not been good (we were informed that in fact they have no one doing quality control… shocker ?). They made it right! Now we just tried it again. My husband got a burger and THEY GAVE HIM NO BUN?! Like what?! And only put a single sliver of lettuce on it. Do better or close down. Sick of it.
The boneless wings were pretty good, but the spinach artichoke dip sucked. The burger was good and fries crispy. I got steak and broccoli and mashed potatoes. The steak was surprisingly good. Like not just for Applebee's, I mean it was totally delicious. The broccoli was also steamed and seasoned perfectly, but the mashed potatoes were totally bland. The skillet blondie takes the cake though. I devoured that like it was oxygen and I couldn't breathe. Get that no matter what else you get! The server was nice, and our food came out pretty timely even though they were pretty busy.
Good restaurant. Food is great...Some of the staff is very courteous, and some seem to be untrained when it comes to hospitality and uncertain on how to handle customers as they walk in.
The chicken on my sons salad was cooked in teally old oil& the bar maid "waitress" was absent the whole meal, NEVER checking back on the meal& when we told her she said "If you would have told me I coukd have done sonething." IF YOU would have checked back on us we would have! We have came here lots of times and had great food& service, our server/ bartender was not able to to serve tables& bar. Tracy was an AMAZING bartender/server but she was not there. Sad night!
