Really good ice cream and many choices available. Friendly and prompt service! ♥️ Yummy!
Eh. The guys behind the counter were awesome. Very polite, worked hard, very accommodating. The ice cream itself was nothing special, I didn't really like it. Dogs didn't go for the dog special, so a waste of $6.
If you have not had rolled ice cream what are you waiting for? It was delicious and definitely coming back for more.

While the gentleman assisting us was incredibly pleasant, the boba tea was inedible. Literally.I brought a group of girls in & we initially ordered a boba tea with pearls for myself and each girl. Unfortunately they were out of pearls, no prob - we moved to the jelly. After receiving our drinks, we headed out the door. Good grief. They tasted nothing like any bubble tea I've ever had. It was thick, and so, so incredibly sweet that they were undrinkable. The (green?) tea flavor came through powerfully, but it was the thick gloppiness & overwhelming sweetness that absolutely killed it. Sadly, we tossed about $30 worth of beverages & vowed never to return.(I suspect that he added WAY WAY too much powder. There's no other way to explain the thickness or painful sweetness. Keep in mind - these were 13yr old girls. They'd eat sugar straight outta the bag if given the option. Even they wouldn't drink them.)(12/19/21 @ approx. 7pm)
The ice cream was really cool but it's not really kid friendly. The guy behind the counter was kind of mean to the kids we brought to the point that we left and ate in the car.
First time in, wasn't sure what to expect. Came away blown, or should I say, frozen away. Interaction was pleasant, fair prices, will repeat

This place is TASTY! They have Lactose free option too! A lot of choices and awesome toppings for your Ice cream!
This was my first time visiting 22 Below and I was not at all impressed. 1. The young man working there was super rude. 2. When doing one of my icecreams, icecream was spilled onto the floor, so I didn’t get a full order of icecream in the container (she didn’t remake it for the accident) 3. They messed up my orders, so the sizes were not at all what I asked for. Also, it took a VERY long time. The line was out the door because the workers were going so slow. This place needs some guidance with their employees.
