Cashier was polite and well mannered. But unfortunately my wife received a sandwich and within the sandwich she located a short black hair, probably facial hair I would assume. I took it to the manager and advised him of the issue. I was kind of rude about the situation but he offered to replace or refund the sandwich. Just wish people in the food service trade would be more hygienic.
Been here 2 different occasions traveling from Washington to California. 1st time was through the drive thru. Service was just fine. No issues with ordering or getting our food. 2nd time we went inside. Pretty basic Wendys inside. Not many people working and the soda machine in the dining area wasnt filled but I’ll blame that on the pandemic. I felt like they shorted my fries. Area is sketchy especially at night.
So I try to place my order and the girl working at the counter, I think her name tag said Kia or or something. Before I could even finish saying How I would like my sandwich she is interrupting me and talking over me asking what kind of sauce I want with my order. SHUT UP AND LET ME ORDER!!! and pay attention to what I am saying. It's crazy i dont know where you find these people??? ITs rude, dont interrupt a customer! Maybe learn from this. I'm so tired of these people like this, this girl acted so irritated because I told her to hold on and let me explain how I want my order. She acts as if she hated her job and her life too, she acted tired of being there 100% I just worked for 26 hours straight, so dont you act like you are so exhausted and irritated! I have every right to be irritated, you dont...... my fries arent even hot and fresh they are over salty and Luke warm, my order is half wrong too. So screw you. You should be fired! PEOPLE JUST DONT LISTEN... THE WORKFORCE HAS GONE TO S*** . Sad world.
Went here to get Chocolate Frosties with my sons today. They ended up giving us chocolate icee drinks (as my 7 year old called them, they were pretty melted) We had to bring them home and re-freeze them. Bring the quality back (like in the picture), my boys are rooting for you!
Hamburgers here are delicious!However, my fries looked nothing like your advertisement. They were soggy and salty. Not a fan of icky fries. They forgot our drinks and gave us no spoon for our yummy delicious frosty. We will try again only because hamburgers here taste great!
If you want a Big Big burger that with the Ultimate great taste and the biggest fries ever from a fast food place go to Wendy's .They have single,double And a triple meat you can order on. their burgersthen go there a little bit high but I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.
I got french fries, and must have received the bottom of the bag, it was all small ends and pieces of fries. I went up to the counter and asked for the manager and was told she was on break. An approximately 18 yr old Male was sent up for me to talk to. He offered nothing, no apology, no new fries, no money back. Left in disgust.
Waiting in the drive thru is usual these days, the perk: hot yummy food. The Dave single hit the spot with fries and a drink. Classic pairing!
New fries are good but the oil needed to be changed.And the frosty was way to soft it was watered down in no time.
Long line and wait for order. Wanted to see if I liked new fries. They are hot and crispy for sure, but a little salty and had an oily taste. I also ordered a vanilla frosty, it was delicious and lasted twice as long as McDonald's soft serve as it was dense and melted slower.
