I was just in there. Ordered 2 toasted cheddar boxes. Both to be soft tacos instead of hard and both to be beef chalupas not chicken. Guess what I got? Both Hard shells and chicken chalupas. My girl is allergic to chicken and i have a tooth ache. Tried calling them and phoned chime like a fax. I'ma truck driver so I couldn't just go right back. Not only that they took forever to make do i couldnt waste anymore time.. all we got in the end was a 5 layer burrito and a Soda. No cinnastix either. So Hey Taco Bell YOU owe me money and some free meals! I'll m stopping there for my refund on my way back!

Always a pleasant experience at this restaurant in Roseburg Oregon's Green district(next to Loves truck stop I-5 exit 119). They greet you with a smile that comes through the speaker from the initial interaction until you are pulling away. A well cared for staff makes for a well cared for customer. Just one mans experience. Nice job!
Messed my stomach up, my girlfriends also, and the food was cold, but I will say that the service was quick, oh wait....maybe that was because they gave us food that had already been sitting out and got cold?? I'm not sure.

I don't normally write reviews, but my experiences at this Taco Bell have been consistent with the one I had tonight, but this was the last straw. I love Taco Bell, but the food is already kind of overpriced and not great, right? Well, if I'm gonna over-pay for subpar food, I at least expect there to be some filling in my order. I asked for a 5-layer burrito, with EZ beans. Sure, they went easy on the beans, and they sure went easy on everything else in the burrito! The amount of filling this burrito had was pitiful, and it couldn't have been two inches wide. It couldn't have even been worth a dollar! The quesadilla I got was pretty sad too, because I asked for light sauce. I ended up getting practically no sauce at all. Just salty seasoned chicken and salty cheese. Most disappointing Taco Bell I've ever had.
Not trucker friendly. The lobby is closed during the day for some reason. The one time I have been able to order here, they forgot to put red sauce in the burritos.
It was about 5:30pm, cars were stacked up but the crew was handling it pretty well. Nice guy took my order and the food was hot, neat and super good.
Worst meal I have ate at Taco Bell, any Taco Bell. Latterly my crunchy taco was greasy and flat, reminded me of jack n the box tacos. I asked for no onion on one bean burrito due to a family member being allergic. Both came with no onion. Didn’t matter because they were both ruined trying to figure out what one had no onion. They were not marked. All my wrapping on my food was greasy and grease got all over my pants by the time I came home. Btw my beans were burnt/scorched. Tried to call Taco Bell to have them make it right but I just get a fax machine sound. Definitely not going back. Sucks now I have to travel further to receive Taco Bell just to have it cold by the time I’m home. I wouldn’t of even have this service 1 star but google made me.
