Last week went to get burritos after getting groceries. Had no idea it would take 40 minutes to get thru the line to order, another 10 to get my food. Nice young girl gave me a coupon for a taco and said they were short handed. Ok, I accepted, got home, ice cream melted and missing an item.This week tried it again, 56 minutes to go from order to food. Again, short handed and counted my items before I left. Missing 1 burrito and no sauces.Lobby closed both times and after 8:00 pm when ordering. I can’t be the only one frustrated with this establishment.Guess no more burrito’s for my man’s cravings or I just drive to Green District Taco Bell and see if they are quicker.
I placed a mobile order online and they are supposed to be open till 3am, I pulled up and they put cones out to block the drive-thru, I had to move the cones and this child came out yelling about how it's unfair that I moved the cones and I tried to tell her I placed an online mobile order before they closed early. She didn't want to hear it so I said go and get your manager and she did, he said was it a mobil order I said yes and he said pull thru, I don't get how ppl are so lazy as to argue about placing a mobil order and closing early. The new hrs are till 3am, tried to close at 1:54am.
Usually pretty good. But we had missing orders, and sub-par quality. Let hope they turn it around.. if they want that high wage, gotta get the orders.
Extremely RUDE employee. I went in to pick a mobile order, I saw a bag on the end of the counter The older, probably 6 foot 5 gentleman, if this was my order, he rudely snapped and said "idk lady, use the kiosk I'm CLOCKING OUT onto my break", not even on break yet. Not to mention the sloppily made food and not melted cheese in the roll ups or quesedilla I purchased.
The food was very good ,really good but it never fails they always forget something this time it was my dessert had to wait in line 10-15 min. I was very upset but I really wanted my cinnamon balls with custard!!!
Super fast. I ordered my food, no cars in front of me an by the time I reached the window to pay, the employee took my card for payment and handed my card and food back essentially at the same time.
The girls were so polite, very friendly and super helpful. (I'm not a kiosk person) It was refreshing. Thank you! ?
Wonderful tacos. Tried their new chicken avocado ranch taco. Was good
It's a quick bite right up the road from House and it's cheaper than Taco Bell and their food is just as good if not better
I asked for two bean and cheese burritos with extra onion. Not one onion on either of my burritos ? I was not impressed especially after the long wait in line.
