It took at least 15 minutes to order 3 sandwiches/drinks in the drive through, not because of customers, but due to the employee taking the order. All sandwiches were missing multiple items and the bread was completely dried out. 3 drinks were ordered, we received 2. The bread was laying out in the drive-up window area, uncovered, with personnel walking by without masks or protection to the food. 1st sandwich missing cheese and the sauce didn't cover the meatballs. The second sandwich was missing mayo, seasonings, cheese, green peppers, tomatoes and spinach. The third sandwich was missing cheese, bacon, spinach, green peppers, tomatoes and mayo & seasonings. The orders weren't complicated. All veggies except banana peppers & jalapenos. It shouldn't have been difficult. Avoid this location.
Took a while in drive through and 2 cars backed out behind me - but gave small tip because the staff were very personable and nice.
Long hair in my food, will not be returning.

One guy working at the time superb service, just himself waiting on drive-thru I'm bymyself waiting six people in front of me ok never seen this subway so crowded and this man did an excellent job idk if anyone else gave him a tip but my order was so simple and he did a great job my hats off to him wish I new his name this was around 8pm Feb 26th a slinder fellow oh I asked if he wanted a breath before he did my order but he was on a role again hats off to him good job ?

We always go to subway by walmart the employees there are awesome and the food is fresh. Go in on Tuesday get lunch and a free cookie.
this has got to be the best customer service crew and best kept store in Douglas county.. product is ALWAYS FRESH employees are amazing NO DOUBT a new location for me .. I WILL NEVER GO BACK to the tore on Stephen in Roseburg store # 12 i think it is ... worse ,nastiest rudest place.. shame that Tony the district manage of that place allows of all people HIS DAUGHTER to be so rude to customers and has NO KNOWLEDGE of how to be customer friendly ..she overcharges EVERYTHING .. unless your buddy or friend who ive seen her give free food to she is just unpleasant to interact with so again 2345NW Stewart Pkwy is the best store in Douglas county BY FAR!!
