Fine service but I have never seen a Starbucks bathroom look so bad. It was worse then a truck stop. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. So much grim and dirt on the sink, mirrors, and toilet. Not something a customer should have to deal with when they pay so much money for a coffee. Makes me not want to eat or drink my coffee I got there. If they keep their bathroom like that, just imagine how horrible it is where customers can’t see. Again so gross!!! I won’t be back.
I ordered a "5 shot blended latte" , it looked like a blended iced latte, but it had sweetener in it (disgusting) the coffee colored bit didn't actually mix with the milk colored bit. Even when I let it thaw it never became the consistency of liquid coffee or milk.... Just freakish sugar goo. Don't put that inside you, there's no way it ever came from a coffee bean lolz. So sad, really disappointed in this country right now

Ordered some drinks at this place and sat down and waited for over fifteen minutes. Got up to check on our order only to find it sitting on the counter. The whipped cream was flat and the ice melted. The person that took our order was Angelica. I'll never go back to this place again!!!!
Starbucks is not consistent. At least the times i hav been in there. Need better trained employees. Coffee is good!

they always mess up my order somehow.. this is the third time they have messed up. I Ordered a frap with no whip for my significant other and we got it and guess what it had whip! we had to scrap it off and it still had some on the bottom as well. It was still good but it’s just bothering to see that it clearly says “no whip” yet they still do so?! Safeway Starbucks always does it right ? ??
Open much later than the Sutherlin store which is a plus ? also friendly knowledgeable staff that seem to love they're jobs unlike other Starbucks I've visited that are not so much so I keep going to Roseburg Starbucks on garden valley Blvd by Panda Express ?
People in drive thru live are horrid. Blocking the worst driveway on the planet making the durian even worse. You can get in but you can't get out?
