absolutely suck!! empty restaurant. literally 80% empty. Maybe 5 tables waiting ... and a 35 minute wait for 3 people? The Hell?? get your sh*t together!! lost business, not just tonight, but from here forward. past experiences half-a$$ed, too. never offered drink refills, requested more fries that were never brought, forgot to add bday coupon when check came and then played so dumb that we just said forget it. customer service and company pride sure no longer exist!!
Got there as they opened. Decent service. Ketchup and red Robin salt was not offered. Both the burgers we had were tasteless, incomparision to previous visits. Very disappointing
Great crew and good price for what you get. I got the mushrooms and swiss burger but I usually get the teriyaki burger. The one thing I don't like is the straws the use, they are tiny and you can't get a good drink.It's not a deal breaker I will be back.

Beautiful new building. Looks very nice. Great service.Really love the Veggie Burger. This was probably one of the best vegetarian burgers I've ever had! Great combination of ingredients.
Wonderful customer service. Food was served promptly and well cooked. The dining area and tables were clean and the waiter was polite and attentive. Wonderful experience.
What can I say it's Red Robin's yum lolGreat food and service as usual little bit of a weight to get in usually about 20 minutes goes by really quick myself and my family we look at the menu and decide what we're going to have while we are waiting great way to pass the time speeds up the process gets us in and out faster
Love the bottomless fries and broccoli & salad. My kids love the veggie burgers. It's wonderful that they offer 2 kinds of veggie patties.The place is clean. The staff is very friendly and swift with the refills. The food consistent and the staff is pretty consistent... but we do tip our more attentive servers much higher;)We'd really like to get the Mud Pie back!
Waited for quite a bit of time to be seated. The waitress was friendly. She gets 5 stars. So does the staff! Good tasted better at the Eugene location, maybe it was just an off day for the cook. My son and I would recommend the pretzels as an appetizer. For some reason chicken was of the menu when we went that day??
We had a gift card for there. So we thought let’s go to Red Robin for dinner. We go in and we looked in the bar, 4 empty tables, two seats at the bar. We tell the hostess we would like to sit in the bar. She says, you have to wait for someone to leave. I say, there are tables available. She said those are for people to be seated. There was one couple inside sitting and two couples standing outside. If I do my math right, that’s only three couples and you have 5 places open. She tells us we have to wait 20 min. We say no thanks and leave and go into Loggers. Plenty of room there and no wait. So Red Robin we are done with you! I will give my card to someone else or maybe just throw it away so no one else has that service! Get your staff together And maybe manage them a little better. You suck!
