The store was packed with a line out the door and people waiting. Customer Service was great and everyone is working and moving as fast as they can. Great team effort. Keep it up!!

Good food terrible business practices. Google and the sign on their door says they close at 9pm but I guess some nights they just close when they are tired of being open. Arrived at 7:40pm not on a holiday and their doors were locked. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed at this location.
Amazing staff and great food. lines are long and they are almost busy, but food is always worth it!
On December 23 at 7:30 at night we waited 40 minutes to be served. The issue seem to be all of the people ordering on the app. From the time we walked in the door 10 - 15 orders came in through the app and they chose to serve those people instead of taking care of the people in front of them. So basically they let 15 people line jump me from the time I walked in the door. Ordinarily I’d say getting the app would fix this, but I have a real problem supporting businesses that discriminate against the poor and elderly, who most likely will never have the app. This is a real issue, and if it continues I will no longer patronize Panda Express.
Food at the Panda is usually decent but the customer service at this place was terrible and I won't be going back. Here is a pro tip for the Panda owners, manger's & employees: use customer service and not ultimatums. This may be a small town but there are lot's of other options and you just lost any potential business from me or my family. "Do unto others..."
Fast fresh hot and the best easy in and out semi healthy option around. The entire staff was focused and working hard.
I normally don't leave less than good reviews, but I think it's crucial that this newer crew needs to learn more customer service. A little more urgency in their movements and serving up the food, I could have cut the chicken faster with my eyes closed than what I watched today. Cross talk with employees can be acceptable but not when there's a line to the door. 10 mins waiting to be dished up is way too long. I usually like this location but I probably won't be back for awhile.
