Pulled in and (admittedly) went the wrong way into the parking lot. A guy in a small white truck swung over almost hitting our vehicle. We turned around to go through the drive through and he drove around the parking lot, got out of his vehicle, whistled loudly (waking up our 5 month old), and told us there’s signs saying not to enter. He was wearing a McDonald’s uniform. My husband apologized for his mistake. We’re all human and make mistakes. This wasn’t a mistake that put anyones life in jeopardy. We simply went the wrong way in a parking lot. Bonus: the food was cold and some of it was overcooked. Yes he was off work but he was still wearing the uniform and on McDonald’s property. Extremely unprofessional behavior. NEVER stopping at this location again.
Received a sandwich with a bun that was almost as hard and crunchy as a potato chip. Return the item not seeking to get it replaced cuz I was in a hurry just wanted to bring it to their attention. But decided that since I wasn't hurry I could call them over the phone to let the manager know what happened. Came upset with me that I left for giving them an opportunity to replace the sandwich and I felt it was rude of them to get upset with me. I was not seeking the new sandwich I was seeking to get down the road because I was in a hurry at which time the assistant manager informed me that this was not the first sandwich bun to make it out of the kitchen hard and stale. And apparently my shock to that was misinterpreted as anger and aggression and she started to get rude with me at which time I decided to turn around and have the conversation face to face and unfortunately I did get upset by that point I may have finally been a little bit loud and aggressive at which time I was told never to return to the restaurant.
Went through to get a couple kids meals at 10:55. They refused saying that they don’t serve lunch until 11. I went ahead and ordered some breakfast to get them some food and was told to go over and park and wait. As I pulled away they were taking lunch orders from the cars behind me. I sat there for 15 min because they had to cook breakfast food for me on a grill they had already started changing over for lunch. Absolutely ignorant.
Quick service on inside. No dine in, currently. Parking lot is very hard to exit into shopping center. Use the east side parking lot drive thru.
For a place where they make more an hour than I do I always get terrible service, a terrible attitude from the employees and 97 percent of the time I'm missing an item I ordered overall 1/10 and shouldn't even be making more than the Federal minimum wage of 7.25 an hour for how terrible this place is you should make what you deserve not what you think your entitled to
It was pretty busy but I received my food quickly. The crew was super nice and very professional.
Everyday we come thru the drive thru and order breakfast around 6am, and EVERYDAY something is missing from our order. Also, if McDonald's is gonna advertise their new menu, aka hash brown mcmuffin, it should come with the hash brown ON IT AS ADVERTISED. Not on the side.
You guys complain that there isn't enough help and are hiring and I got my husband's interview time wrong and not only was the manager upset but turned away an amazing worker, your loss. Ask yourself, do you really need the help.
These employees are supposedly making somewhere around $15/he and can't even get a SIMPLE ORDER correct!!! And RUDE....I was at the drive thru yesterday and ordered an iced tea with lemon. When she practically THREW it out the window at me, I asked if there was lemon in there...her reply: YEPand slammed the window shut! SMH ?
Check your order...they rarely get it correct.
