It's a McDonald's....they need some work on their dual drive thru, 2 lanes feeding into 1. On several occasions, by the time I got to the pickup window, orders were confused. Of the 5 or 6 times this year that I've been there, this has happened at least half the time.Other than that, it's what you'd expect from McDonald's.
Unprofessional, and bad food. I went through asking for a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with no pickles, and a small fry. I was asked to pull forward, because they were waiting on fries. All available waiting-spots were filled, so I pulled around into another spot. As those spots cleared out, I proceeded to pull over into them, and watched as other people got their food. A good few minutes later, I figured they must have missed me because of what happened, so I went back through the drive-through to explain my situation. I was led to the second window, and explained to them what happened. I already didn't like the employee's energy, but I figured they'd help me, because I saw them speak to what appeared to be a manager wearing all black. I don't know what the manager said, or if the employee's pulled something right over his head, but they ended up giving me the wrong food. I was given two cheeseburgers (with everything, including pickles), and a large fry. I was gonna let it go, because I figured it was a mistake, and I appreciated the extra fries, until I found what was underneath the burgers: a crumpled up wrapper to a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, clearly labeled 'no pickles'. I don't know who I offended by wanting my issue fixed, but I was respectful to them. Screw this business, and screw whoever this immature little joke was made by. I'm never going back to this McDonald's, and that's fine, because I'm done with fast food. I'm done with the disgusting saturated fat filled bs. It's bad for us, and the food at these restaurants sucks. Pack a banana and a protein bar instead.
This place really struggles with order accuracy and getting you all your items the first time. They now charge 25 cents per sauce unless you order nuggets and I've yet to receive sauces I've paid for. Wouldn't be an issue if I wasn't being charged for it.
This is a nice McDonald’s. They used to be located up the road near Subway, now it is next to Dollar General and across from Chevron. It is easier to get to from the 4 way intersection. They added another order board at the driveway, so that two people can order at once. You can order from the McDonald’s app and choose how you’d like to pick up your food- curbside, drive through or in the restaurant itself. Great location in the green district of Roseburg, Oregon. Employees are usually all friendly when I go.
8/10 delish hot coffee. Otherwise it’s just warm and not so delish. But for a dollar who’s complaining?
Used to have all day breakfast, now only until 10:30 am. The breakfast is the best thing on the menu.
Consistently good customer service for decades. Drive thru access is problematic from either side, street or plaza parking lot, south side. Creates grouchy people in a hurry. I still like Garden Valley location more than Stewart Parkway. Maybe I'm just an old creature of habit!
Had a flat tire there I probly looked like a crazy person to them but they didn't harass me about how long I was gonna be or that I needed to leave though I know some business would and the workers that I hadore than eye contact with were courteous as well as a good conversation a shout out to the gentleman that was in the bathroom and the hand soap fiasco and the lady that brought me the broom to clean my mess up
Tonight the drive-thru at McDonald's was packed so we went in and ordered to go. I ordered took a lot longer than I expected it to us but overall the food was still hot
No cool McDonald's.. I'm on a fixed income,clip my digital coupons and buy only what I need. My order was 3.75...I did not have the 75 cents and miraculously this billion dollar restaurant is out of chang!!! Seriously McDonald's!!! I couldn't get my food unless I fogode a piece of my order or gave you extra money...the woman at the window told me she had about 20 cents in her till..I hope this quarter was worth it...I'm done with your pirating business.
