Got home and realized a portion of my order was not included. The employee who answered the phone was unproffesional and not empathetic in the least. Told me I was lucky she answered the phone because she was doing scheduling.Went to the restaurant and wasn't offered any compensation or apologies, and in fact was treated like we were the problem. Extremely rude!
Order was ready fast, and the person who took our order was polite. But after saying LARGE COFFEE 3 times, being charged for a large plain coffee Americano ( no flavorings) I ended up - with a medium coffee with caramel drizzle. At least there wasn't whipped cream, and it was good and hot. I didn't complain - and realize some people don't know anything about coffee. So- more good points than bad.
Not sure how it's so difficult to get orders right in the drive through, but it happens...
Overcooked and drenched oily fries, ordered large fries but we got mediums, unless McDonald's large is now a medium they've downsized quality and upsized pricing. McDonalds seems to be raising pricing because of "inflation" but lowering quality and sizes?? Doesn't seem right.DO BETTER MCDONALD'S!
One thing I hate about this location is having people wait around line to get there food. Why. It's a damn fast food. Not a restaurant. Work faster
Pretty delicious food. Apple fritters there are really good, just didn't get my order right 3-5 times. Most of the people there are really nice. The only big issue I have about this is that I have gotten a completely melted frosty.I would have liked if they were open a little bit earlier because I'm an early riser. The folded eggs have the brown outside that's really gross. I feel like most of the time the food is really good. Do recommend ? ?
10 burgers and three fries were not ready before at least 8 other orders. Staff extremely incompetent, not one staff member knew anything about why I had to wait while my extremely simple order was never started until I physically went in to find out. Even then my order had not even been started.
A simple act of kindness goes a long way and Jamie helped me when she didn't have to. I appreciate your kindness and continue being kind. You never know what one small act will do. Thank you thank you thank you. The coffee is great btw.
They seem pretty busy when I go here usually but the line moves quickly and the employees are always nice! My breakfast orders ( sausage mcmuffin ) are always fresh and delicious! I knocked a star off because when I come here for lunch its a hit or miss if the fries are fresh and when I order a mcchicken the mayo and lettuce is almost always half on the sandwich and half on the wrapper and all over the outside of the bun.
I usually have issues with this burger King but to my surprise this last time I went the drive thru wasn't too busy and the wait was minimal. The lady was super nice very helpful and even got my order correct.
