I have to say, the chicken has improved from the last time that I visited. I wish the gravy was a little thicker. Service was great though. Staff are always friendly and polite.
Good chicken dinner when you don't want to cook. You get every thing for a complete dinner feeding 4 without cooking.
The Worst I have ever had, the chicken strips were so dried out that you could not even break them apart, what gets me is the one serving them up had to have known by just looking at them that they were not fit to eat, but they just don't care, as long as they get paid, I will NEVER eat KFC from the Garden valley location again . I gave them a 2nd chance: 3 peace chicken meal 12.89, 2 breast 1 wing w/ 2 sides and a biscuit, here is what I got 1 breast and 1 wing very dried out, mashed potato's w/ almost no gravy dried out cold slaw and a biscuit so hard you could use it as a baseball. what a waste of money!
Went to get dinner tonight and spend almost $50. Didn't get half of my order and when I call to talk to a manager, the phone just keeps ringing. No matter how much I keep calling them there is no answer. I am unsatisfied with the efficiency of this location. I've never had anything like this happen here before. I also live 30 minutes away and it's a waste of time gas and money to go back.
Enjoyed the French fries. We will be going back. Chicken bowl with the master potatoes was good as well. My son loves your spicy chicken sandwich.
Happy with the experience ordering, but I didn't get my sandwich or my receipt through the drive through, I had to walk in. I get home and my famous bowl that I had asked for Extra gravy (confirmed twice during ordering) had Zero gravy on it. Very sad.
Saw an add online about a side lovers order. It’s an 8 piece chicken with 3 large sides and 4 biscuits for $20. So I go there and she said it was called something else which is fine. But then when i got the total I was confused. It came out to $37.99. My family was hungry and I was annoyed so I payed and went home. When I got home and took the food out I was disappointed again. The chicken was soggy and wet and I only got two large sides. The only thing that was good was the corn! I was very disappointed that I paid that much and got soggy chicken. Won’t eat there again. Also I only live 10 minutes away from the restaurant so the chicken shouldn’t have been soggy and wet!
My mom and dad love KFC ? just wish that there was one closer 44 miles round trip is a little bit to much driving.
Ordered coleslaw with my family pack order and didn't receive it. I tried calling them when I got home because they did not even give me a receipt, two calls, no answer.I understand times are tough, everyone is understaffed. But answer your phone, and give people a receipt so they can at least get what they paid for.
This KFC stole my money. Went here on 12/18, placed an online order at 6:55 pm got to the store at 7 pm. The drive-thru staff just told me they were closing early and did not have my order. They were rude about it. I asked for a refund and was told to contact KFC.com. They do not respond, the store will not make it right and KFC.com won't respond or answer the phone.
