I ordered 2 - 30 piece (each) corporate boxes, 2 days before I needed them. The young woman helping me was professional and very helpful. I need the sandwiches picked up at 11 a.m., on a Saturday, but was concerned because they didn't open until 11. The young woman assured me that would not be a problem - and it was not! The boxes were ready at 11 on the dot! Definitely will use this Jimmy John's again! I fed a large crew of hungry loggers :)
What can I say it's a sandwich can't go wrong with the sandwich in my book breads always fresh excellent service extremely fast one of my favorite sandwich establishments to visit highly recommend reading the signs in the restroom they are pretty hilarious
Always fast and fresh ingredients. Very refreshing, and they always make my sandwich righr. I get the club lulu, no tomatoes or mayo add guac and if you havent tried the kickin ranch, your missing out on the best part of jimmy johns. Wish theyd deliver further out but pick up is always easiest/fastest way to order. If you order on your way there, its done in like 5,min and if you pay over phone, you can skip the line.
I just bought a $7.50 sandwich, they wouldn't break a $20 bill for payment. I dug around in my wallet and found $8. They accepted that and gave me50 cents change. What's up with that? My $20 bill is legal tender in the USA. The bottom line is this.... The sandwich was good the service was lacking. The attendant wasn't able or willing to accommodate my situation. I had hundreds of dollars in my wallet but mostly $20 bills and larger. I wanted to upgrade to a combo but couldn't since I only had $20 bills for payment. Too bad for Jimmy Johns. I'll just go to Subway from now on. You guys are Stupid.
I ordered a sandwich delivered and the bottom of the bread was so hard I couldn’t bite into it. I called to let them know and was told that they were really busy and no one must have noticed. There is NO WAY someone could have missed how hard that bread was!!!! Girl on the phone didn’t seemed sorry, just coming up with excuses. This is the second time my delivery order had stale bread. Not sure I’ll order again.
The guy who took my order told me the #9 does not have mayo, I asked and then confirmed. I also asked for it with no cheese. When I got my sandwich, it had mayo on it. I asked them to please make me a new one with no mayo or cheese. About 10 minutes had passed, and I hadn’t gotten my sandwich. I asked them what happened, and apparently it was given to someone else. Finally got my sandwich made correctly after a 3rd try, and I was given a free cookie as an apology. I know mistakes happen, but I heard them communicate about my sandwich. It’s a little annoying and disappointing.

They're sandwiches are really delicious but the prices have gone up quite high. To get a "double meat" 16 inch is $16. Single mean is great if you like a bread sandwich lol I happen to like the taste of the meat. They're French bread is really delicious. I'm not sure if it's short of staffing but they are not open on Sundays and Mondays anymore you're the one and they open at 10:30 a.m.
Ordered the black and blue special that's supposed to come with horseradish aioli sauce... But apparently they've been out for a week but they don't tell you that! They just put mayonnaise on it and send you on your way.
