went there a few minutes ago the drive thru was coned off and the building was closed, and tried to get a couple burgers thought we couldn’t. and then dasha the new manager after apparently the whole staff quit and she just took over, got the grill started up and made us the food very politely and quickly. very pleased, she also threw in free frys for the inconvenience it was all very delicious and cooked great. I have always enjoyed jack in the box.
What a joke for fast food. By far the worst managed place in all of oregon. Iv been to and worked and several and this is so terrible at jack in the box in Roseburg. They always list is being open late or on Google it says 24 hours . But there is never anyone working most of the time past 10pm. Cones up in the driveway past then or around then and the time always changes when they close. You already got old cold and nasty food. Why not just open when you say your open.
I was very disappointed during my recent visit to this Jack in the Box I had 2 maybe 3 cars ahead of me. From the pick up window to the ordering spot. And it took no joke over 40 minutes before I got to the pick up window (25 mins from the time i made my order) for my food. I stated that I was very disappointed about the length of time I waited, that It was insane how long it took to get through the drive thru. The male employee for the drive thru, seemed to not care very much, the only thing he could say about the wait time was " one of the previous customers paid my debit/credit card, and their card wasn't working. I said something to the effect of suggesting that I should get my food for half price or even free( my order was just under $30) I had ordered a shake and in all that time from placing my order he couldn't even have the shake ready for me. I still waited 5-8 mins from the time I pulled up and paid til I got my food and left. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor/shift lead. But he said their wasn't on there at that time.

so this place is has become a JOKE.. went there and sat in the drive thru for 35 mins.. BEING THE THRID CAR IN THE LINE OF 5 .. the 3 employees more concerned with a (EMPLOYEE'S) BABY IN THE LOBBY kid got better service then the actual customers. had a full set up crib, play set on the floor the works ..when the dinner area was closed!! the kid shouldn't have even been there !!! the cars that is there jobs to take care of were getting second fiddle.. didn't know Jack in the Box also offered Day care for the employees for they can ignore there customers!! and when i went the next day manager who look like a poor excuse of one said Corporates allows it and to mind my own businesshow can there be any recent reviews .. EVERY TIME NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY I GO THERE THERE ALWAYS CLOSED!!!! cones in the drive thru and dinner room doors closed and locked!!
Always been a fan. I went in for lunch on New Years Eve 2021, and they had a lot of customers in the drive thru and they moved through quickly. That shift manager does a great job
We always go there when we take the Medford airport. We love it there.
On 12/17/21 my friends and I got off of work and were hungry and most places are closed to we came to jack in the box and then there is cones in the drive through and we thought it was weird because it says it’s open 24/7 and that the drive through is open but the employees were outside smoking with the cones in the drive through. We kept calling and calling even after they went inside and no answer. It’s been about 45 minute minute wait and still no one comes to remove the cones.
Terrible service. There were cones in front of the drive thru, and I waited for over 45 minutes to go to the drive thru. Never successfully got my food even though I saw workers smoking outside refusing to do anything with the drive thru sign still lit. I continuously called to get their attention but nothing.
God awful cold fry's like straight up cold fry's! Then we get are chicken sandwiches and they are frozen. Had the lady stick her finger in and she like wow!!! So they park us for 40mins my lady straight up had to beat on the door because they forgot about us. Won't be back!!
