Idk if this is normal but I went in 7 minutes before they closed and just ordered a milkshake and they said they can’t make it bc they don’t take orders that close to when they closed. I feel like they just declined me bc they didn’t want to make it. Correct me if I’m in the wrong. Mc Donald’s got my back tho?
Consistently disappointed in this place. I’ve never had an experience go right. My food is wrong every single time. So 1-3 members of my family are waiting to eat while everyone else has their food.On one visit we had GLASS in our son’s burger! They DID NOT refund our order or even the one burger. They took my number and never called or anything! RidiculousAnother visit we were charged for an extra fry and they couldn’t refund it for lack of knowledge and or permission to do so!Another visit (I know a glutton for punishment) both soda machines weren’t working which we didn’t know until we bought our soda. Out of 4-5 employees not one of them knew how to fix the machine. We asked for a refund of our soda and they told us no. My husband persisted and they figured it out.The management/ownership of this store sucks plane and simple.The food is good and I guess that why we go back but they really need to get it together.
I went to the Roseburg location for the first time last Saturday. I ordered at 11:10 am and was the 4th customer they had after opening. The three people in front of me ordered one burger each. There were 5 people working. These employees were literally going in slow motion. Every. Single. One! They showed absolutely no sense of urgency or respect for customers time. They wrapped up the burgers and stood and had a chat about it before adding the fries to the bags.. they did this with all three orders in front of me. I did not get my food for 16 minutes and they gave me undercooked fries that had been sitting there the entire 26 minutes they had been open. I can only imagine what a complete mess they are during an actual lunch rush. Pathetic service, cold fries and a tasteless burger. How disappointing. Any burger joint in town can make a better burger and fries than Five Guys.
The fries were wonderful. The burger, while not the best I've had, still was decent. The price though was abysmal. 10.95 for a burger, 4.50 for a small fry and 3.00 for a large drink. Basically 20 bucks for a burger, fries and a soda that I can get anywhere else for literally half that amount. My first and last time eating here due to pricing. Not the cleanest location, however I did come in after rush hour. Sorry 5 guys, this guy is gone.
The amount of fries alone warrants a trip. Absurdly delicious, and overflowing the already large container into the bag. Free peanuts. Good milkshakes. The "I love 5 guys" pinboard by the door is a genius touch from an advertising perspective.
Very nice building inside and out. Music was terrible rap style. They need a true small fry. Wife and I ate all we wanted of the frys and had to throw out as much as we had eaten. The two of us went cheap and still 20 dollars for the small.
The Roseburg 5 Guys does not disappoint! Great burger, fries, and shake. Super happy to have this one down here. One of my favorite burger places anyways, and consistent across the locations.
Five Guys what happened ? What a let down from when you were new in the business. Fries still great...burgers not...Prices out of control...borderline rip-off. Wake up... In and Out burger coming to town...they will crush you.
1st time at 5 Guys - I didn't realize the regular burger had 2 patties. It was a Big burger. The beef was fresh & tender. Loved the fact that toppings were free and I could customize right down to the A1 sauce.Not a fan of the fries. They tasted raw & burnt at the same time. Disappointing that they use peanut oil to fry in as it's one of the Top 5 allergens in the world.If you have a peanut allergy Do Not even enter the building as they have free peanuts in the shell for people to scoop up & eat while they wait.May go back to try the shakes. Will definitely get the burgers again but will go for the little version with only one patty.Removed 2 stars for the fact that they use such a high level of allergens in their restaurant when it's completely easy to swap for safer products.
I liked these guys the food was good and it was their own unique style. They actually messed up on my order but they were very apologetic and redid it. I wasn't sweating it.
