This has been a great place to stop for my treat almost daily , However... the last 4 times I have visited DB ( different locations at that ) the batista's have been rude, and in such a hurry, that my order gets messed up. They hear the name of the drink and turn away, missing the special instructions that im requesting. My last visit was the final straw for me.... I waited at the drive thru window on one side and watched 3 cars have their orders fulfilled before one of the baristas looked my direction. Saying she was confused and that The morning had been off the hook, busy and didn't notice me sitting there....I know I'm only one person that they have lost as a customer, but makes me think about and wonder who else they've done this to. Like I said.... my last 4 visits, and different locations. That speaks VOLUMES to me.

My bf went to get us coffee and we both got the same thing his tatsted great just like it should and mine tasted like warmed up milk no coffee very annoying.
Haven't had bad service since today. Had a incompetent new barista that couldn't do her job right on top getting the order wrong. Understandably upset only to have the other baristas be condescending. We still tipped. After the rudeness of the baristas will never go back to this establishment.
My fav Dutch crew!! Always get my order/s right without a doubt and always with a great attitude n smile....even under the flippin masks. Stay Groovy

My Broista was very friendly and not overbearing. She was sweet and very quick!We got Golden Eagle extra Vanilla and the Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Freeze. Both delicious! ?
Depending on which one you go to there is seating areas for walk up orders. It's mostly a coffee and juice bar. You can place your orders online if you like and pick them up from the shop you have make it. It's a drive up window with many drink options from frozen coffee to ice drinks. The have some food items. And also some of the shops are wheelchair accessible and staff is friendly and quick as well as accurate with orders. Alot have a wireless ordering system so if you're sitting in a long line look out for the working coming with their tablet to take your order and make it a bit faster for you.
