I have never been so disappointed. I order from here all of the time and have never been treated as we were tonight. Staff was rude and lied on many occasions. After waiting for our food for over an hour and a half, called countless times only to be put on excessive holds to speak to “managers” about the matter that staff then said we’re not there. Also stated the driver came to the home and called when in fact neither of those things happened as we were waiting outside for them to show up. Called again to find out where our dinner was only to be told they were told by two managers they could not deliver us any dinner.
The reason I do not give this Dominos any stars because they don't deserve any I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a 2 liter of root beer and when I came to pick up my order they had no idea about the $3 carryout deals that they promote on commercials all across the United States they had no idea what I was talking about so I didn't get my $3 carry-out reward which is fine with me however my pizza had mushrooms littered everywhere like they were trying to disguise mushrooms as little piece of pepperoni and my two liter of root beer we do a 20 oz bottle I swear that the high school kids that work there need to learn how to be a little bit more Humane to people especially customers that come there religiously. Sorry Domino's pick up the pace start being friendly to the human race
Big shout out to Jayden and his co workers from us here in BC CANADA , for going out of their way and making us pizzas at midnight, in the middle of closing the store.Jayden gave us a one off after learning that we were traveling and didn't have a lot of food options in Roseburgh in the middle of the night.Cheers man!

They can't cut pizza evenly at all anymore. Any time we have gotten delivery in the past several months it's cold and a few times the lid was smashed into the pizza, so we had to scrape the cheese off the box. They claim to be short staffed when I've called to complain about severely late and cold pizzas, but when Ive gone in to pick it up myself, the kitchen is full of staff just standing around chatting.
Dominoes pizza has improved so much since I was a kid and their shop was downtown. They've really stepped up their flavor game. The prices are the best for carry out pizza and I love the smells when I go in to get my pie! There's always a huge crew working so pizzas are done fast and they are friendly. My favorite is their Buffalo chicken with the baked on cheese!

When I got there to get my pizza it was ready the gentleman behind the counter gave me extra napkins and I accidentally left my phone there well they had called three times to make sure I could get it back and they kept it safe overnight and got back to me safely the next day without no questions they Rock and the pizza was pretty good too
Really sad even though I think people deserve a $15 minimum wage. Roseburg Domino's does not. No work ethics at all, especially the manager that I talked to on December 2nd. I've been with them for 10 plus years and seeing them go through some good management and some bad. I'm officially done with them. They can't seem to get themselves together. If you don't have pride in your work leave and go somewhere else and let somebody that do care take control. When I pay you money I expect to get what I paid for. Very poor quality that's all I got to say
