Our server was very attentive, friendly, and helped us order the most beneficial way possible. There was a giant table before us, and she brought a cup of fruit for my 5-year-old because the wait was going to be a while. I had a veggie omelette without egg and they gave me extra veggies because of that. She passed by multiple times and gave us coffee and asked if we needed anything else. Definitely a good experience.
Went there to celebrate my God daughters high school graduation last night. There were 7 of us. Not loud very respectful. The waitress was very rude to my God daughter. Got her order wrong when asked about it grabbed her plate across me while she was eating. Instead of just telling cook she needed bbq wings she took the whole plate. She talked to all of us very rudely my son and his friend tried to order sodas she ignored them 3 times then very rudely said well is there any more drinks needed. Her name was vangalina. When the cook was told about my God daughters order being wrong plain as day he said what the f**k real loud. There were kids in the restaurant. Very unprofessional. Come to find out he was the manager also. Did not take our complaints seriously.The second woman there also accepted a picture of an id card instead of the real card for gambling and drinking.This was between 10 and 11 pm May 27, 2022. Will not be going back there
I've only been to Denny's once before this experience but this was sooo much fun. It was our prom night and we called right before going to see if they could sit a party of nine. There seemed to be only on man waiting that night, the restaurant wasn't to crowded but seemed like a lot of work for just one guy so the fact he was still super friendly to a party of nine wildly overdressed teenagers is worth acknowledging.
Fruit topping in my lemonade??!??� Not a complaint just why tho. It was supposed to be on the crepes I ordered not in my drink. I get the strawberry lemonade is made in house but this is chunky.
Good Breakfast but some staff was a little questionable. 0ne person who was training could barely keep her eyes open while serving, It was weird! The food was better then at most Dennys in the big cities Though.
My family stopped by for lunch on our way back to CA. We were greeted within seconds of stepping into the restaurant and seated promptly. The waitress was VERY friendly and checked up on us frequently to make sure our meal was satisfying and if we needed anything else. WE LOVED IT!
Loved it! Once a month I dine at Denny's after my PCP appointment at southriver and Everytime my service is ? I usually always get hamburger which I regret not getting today. My Denver omlette wasn't very good at all. But hey now I know.
They gave me ROTTEN strawberries in my fruit bowl!!! Also served me a omelette but the mushrooms were stone cold. I had to ask for my omelette to be microwaved.Barely any customers inside but my boyfriend had to get up and get me another cup of coffee.This is my 3rd negative experience there. Will NOT be coming back. I'll spend my $40 elsewhere.
Waited to order for awhile finally the cook came and took our order. And brought us coffee. Waitress had to get up for cream. Food was good though best I've had late night there in long time. Great cook poor manager/server 5 stars for cook 2 over all
Second time in a year I have dined here. Both times were horrible. Thought that after a year, things may have changed. Not the case. First time the breakfast was horrible, eggs overcooked, bacon burnt and the veggies were brown :( This time burgers were so greasy, the buns were soaked and soggy. And the order of onion rings (5 small given, what a joke) were hard as rocks. Definitely not worthy of $15/plate. They will not be getting my business again.
