This is a great place for ice cream. They always get my order right.The parking lot was clean.The staff was friendly.
Despite being in training our cashier was fabulous, friendly under that nervousness lol. Manager was helpful prompt and soft in manner to new employee. Love seeing good leaders. Food was great & omg am I glad I broke my diet for that amazing double chocolate fudge brownie blizzard... To die for
Got a ice cream cake for my mom's 84th birthday. Had the door locked and had to get a mask in order to go in. $28.00 for a cake, not worth the price. But mom was happy ?
We have visited this Dairy Queen two times since moving into the area. Both times we ended up pulling out of the long line of customers in the drive through due to waiting well over 20 minutes with the line not move at all. Last night we arrived at 6:10 pm. At 6:40 we drove away. They close at 7:00, there was no way, with the line not moving at all, that we would have made it up to the ordering board before 7:00, there closing time. After two identical visits to this store about 6 months apart and experimenting the same outcome, we will not be going back again. So disappointed. This store needs some serious educated help. Dairy Queen, were in your quality control. You are letting this store drown.

I was not allowed to go in and buy a cake at this store because I did not have a mask. First store ever who denied service because of a stupid mask.
Normally I have pretty good luck with DQ but today was a different story and all I was ordering was 2 blizzards. We told them we wanted 2 large blizzards two different times. After waiting about 15 minutes we get to the window and get 1 large and a mini. We told them it was supposed to be 2 larges. In the end we had to pay an additional 2.10 to get a large even though we told them twice what we wanted. They put it in wrong in the computer so the recipe said 2 large and a mini. And the girl acted irritated that when we told her what it was supposed to be. I understand it’s a hassle for her but it’s a hassle and irritating when you say your order 3 times and it’s still wrong when you get to the window and you end up having to give more money because they charge you the difference. Was not happy today for sure.
They are very friendly there and deliver the meaning of fast food. They are fast and deliver delicious food. Roseburg location is the only location I have had that I truly like. Others are not so good in my opinion.
I was working for Door Dash. I waited outside and waited while a worker drinking a soda on break put her finger up for me to wait some more!! Very poor service for what they are paid. I made $3.25 for that delivery!!
Staff was on point with plenty of sauces and napkins and hot fresh food.
