if u want to pay the price of the that my mother paid for r food. to then have no communication That u have to pick ur food up at the cook window and order on my phone. we had questions and no one to ask and then when they relized that we were upset they were rude. but yes the food is good. except the apple fritters were not every good not even the second time around. and they didn't have any Carmel on it at all

First time visiting catch 22 for lunch. The blue fish (rock fish) was amazing, i would say best in Roseburg oregon. You certainly can't get any fresher. There staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. Had coleslaw. Which was very fresh. Only reason not 5 stars. French fries were on the greasy side & not crisp, however the fries had great flavor. Absolutely recommend Catch 22. I got dinner portion of fish. Glad I did.

We had not not had the opportunity to try this place out until last night.. we were not disappointed, the fish & chips were great, I had the blackened and my husband had the battered. We also enjoyed some battered green beans while We waited for our dinner Service was great and the staff was friendly ?

I feel like there needs to be a slight backstory here. I'm out of town for work and trying a new place every night. I seen this unique looking establishment and I love seafood so I wanted to try it... They were closed. I waited a couple days and looked forward to going in. I was really disappointed though. I got the red fish and chips basket with coleslaw ($17.95). The one good size fish fillet was drenched in grease. I used every inch of my napkin soaking it up and it still wasn't enough. My fork was my weapon of choice, I dug out the fish fillet from the breading like any food rescuer would have done. The fries, or as I called them grease sponges, were nothing to brag about. I ate two and just couldn't continue. You can sit at the table and scan a QR code with your phone to order then they will holler out the window when your foods ready and you go get it. You would think that if they are saving that much money on not having waited tables that they wouldn't charge so much. Yet a two piece fish fillet with fries is $36.00 and again, drizzled with grease. I wish it would have been better. The search for good seafood continues.

Best fried fish I've ever had in roseburg hands down. No competition. Fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Sauces were flavorful and fresh. Everything was delightful.Service was an interesting new application of technology with QR code ordering on your phone from your table which was convenient. Unfortunately we had an issue where our food ticket did not print but our drink order ticket did, so we got our drinks and I knew our order went through, but after an hour I realized something was wrong. After talking to the bar we realized the problem. Shortly after the owner or head manager came to talk to me personally and comp a significant portion of our meal. It was a generous and gracious response to the issue, and after eating it was honestly worth the unintentional wait. I am looking forward to the next meal here, and I'm grateful for their quality service.

This place has really solid food. The chowder is a must get! The last time I came here I got the shrimp tacos. Very fresh ingredients. Although, I'm not a fan of raw jalapeños. You will not be disappointed in this place.

This place is very unique. From the restaurant being an old church to the ordering and picking up the food. I truly enjoyed the experience. We ordered different things on the menu and and everything came out looking delicious. I have to say, seeing the fresh ingredients in the slaw, the tacos, and the burger added a lot of color and outstanding flavor. Compliments to the chef who created the menu.

I like sampling fish and chips in different places. Here, I had the red fish basket (Columbia River Steelhead). It was extremely flavorful, and blackened enough to have a little crisp on the exterior. The fries beat any fry I’ve had recently. The mushy peas were buttery and delicious. The ambience of the dining area is really cool - walk around and check out the decor when you’re there.

the fish and chips were delish and great coleslaw
