I don't think I've eaten anything besides a double western from this place and I've been hitting Carls Jr's for the last 20 years
It was a carls jr the staff were nice and professional, the breakfast burger and the breakfast burritos where really good id reccomend stopping by if you need a quick breakfast on a weekday, four stars only because the burger was good but a little dry, no other complaints though
This is a really nice location. Staff is super friendly, efficient and the food tasted great. Super clean nice bathrooms, whole restaurant very clean.
We eat at Carl's Jr because it is good, but also because they are the most accurate fast food place in town.

I ordered a a coupon special hamburger 2 for $8 plus a chocolate shake. Hamburgers were OK Shake was not. It was thin and within about 5 min was nothing more than warm chocolate milk. Took it to the counter and showed it to the clerk there . He just said that that's the way they are after a while Not they way to win repeat customers I checked the time against the receipt and not more that 8 minutes total had passed. A normal shake would not have melted that quickly.The clerk made no attempt to make this situation better When I pay $4.50 for a shake I expect better than warm chocolate milk and better, more professional handling of my complaint. Not the way to treat a repeat customer.
My wife was ordering a meal and asked if she could get the zucchini instead of French fries with the meal and the clerk said yes. Total came to $9.99 my wife pointed out that the menu board price is $8.99. The clerk said its a dollar more for the zucchini. I said to the clerk you should have mentioned that when my wife asked to make the change. He said do you not want the zucchini or not. I said that's not the point. Then he asked me if I want the dollar from him. Again I said not the point I gave you a $20 bill I have money coming back.After we ate I asked to see the manager turns out he is the manager and he refused to give me his name.We Won't Be Back!!!
Every time I eat there it tastes fresh and they are always really nice and whenever there is an issue they go over the top to fix it! Like, they resolve the issue so hard that I feel bad for even bringing it up lol. 10 out of 10
