One of the nice things about Rogue River is that you won't find fast food chains there unless you really look for them. What you'll find is a place like Arby's - a great family place run by local people who care. Menu and food are great and there's a variety of choices on the menu. Folks working here were friendly, helpful, courteous and conversational.A couple of weeks later we had a pizza delivered a little bit further out of rows from their usual route, however that did not diminish the attitude of the delivery person, who was very helpful and prompt. To make it even better, the pizza and salad we had them deliver were outstanding!
It's a good place to have lunch. I wasn't too impressed though. My friend in AZ told me what to expect. The Rubin was good but not like you'd expect from the add! The sandwich was good but not all I thought it should be for the price! I think these companies are taking advantage of the consumer! Just my opinion of course!!! I looked forward to going because I've always wondered how good the place was because of the commercials. I'd be fine with the price if it fit the looks of the sandwiches of the commercials!!!
The woman who took our order was curt and could be heard yelling and cursing thought the drive up window. She made an absolute mess of the shake that was ordered. Thank goodness I keep extra napkins in my car, as the outside of the cup was covered. I also very clearly asked for one meal with curly fries and the other with regular fries, which she repeated back to me. I got all curly and not even full orders for their size.The shift lead or manager ended up bringing our food when it was ready. At least he was polite.
Thank you for never disappointing , and the new jalapeno sliders mmm amazing love the real heat they bring and love the French dip as usual ....you have a WAY BETTER French dip the jersey lill hands down !!!!!!
Food was alright, staff was friendly, they do get rid of orders on the screen before they're finished so my meal was almost messed up but the person that took the order caught the mistake, props to them lol. I also didn't care for whole microwaving food thing but overall it wasn't bad.
Food was correct. Shake was good. They were out if the Mac and cheese and didn't provide sauce.Overall not a had experience but a++ either.
Just went to order a 1/2 roast beef meal here. They told me they were out of roast beef. At Arbys. Arbys ROAST BEEF. GARBAGE.
Food is consistently good but the drive theough always takes forever. I would reccomend you go inside and order and you'll get your food before the first car gets theirs. They must be short staffed, although everyone is super nice, its just slow through drive through.
Walk in and front cashier was very nice. I had a bit wrap that was great, I also ordered mac n cheese which was on the sour side, could just be my tastebuds.
Quick stop on Christmas and was nice to be able to feed the families traveling and all the amazing truck drivers too.
