Absolutely Ridiculous!I called the Diamond Lake location to order delivery, and they told me that I cannot order from them as I am in the Stephens locations area. So I called Stephens, and they tell me I am in the Diamond Lake stores area. I live right off of Winchester street, but neither store will come here. I used to work for this company at Diamond Lake, and I know for a fact where the stores delivery areas are. NEVER AGAIN!
We quit going to Abby's Pizza on Stephen's Street in Roseburg because of their cleanliness issues. Tonight we tried Abby's on Diamond Lake Blvd. We won't be back. They allowed a dog to roam through the restaurant. I talked to one of the managers and he said that he wouldn't do anything about it. Looks like Mountain Mike's is our pizza restaurant now. Too bad. We used to always look forward to eating at Abby's before it was sold. Just sad.
The food was good, and the customer service was decent. Good place to stop for a meal and a drink.
I love Abby's they have great pizza a little spendy but worth it !! And there gambling room is private away from people so that's nice . they have stuff for kids to do as well. just good family place to go..
The crew that was working the evening of December 29th was great, friendly and support each other. The young man handle a outrageous customer very professional and politely.
Pizza was quick & good. Staff was friendly. Crust was exceptionally good.
We took half of the parlor for a birthday party and they were very understanding about all the kids ( all 5 of them) running back and forth, yelling and genuinely having a good time. The food is always great here and the service is exemplary! Their spuds are the best! The manager Kayla is pretty cool also. Very friendly. The rest of the staff and the regulars there all create a welcoming atmosphere.
I have been a resident of Roseburg since April 2019 and the pizza here was the best I've had here. Very clean and Employees there were very kind.
