The skirt steak was amazing. Watch those chili’s- spicy!!!! The skirt steak salad was a good balance for my belly. The octopus was so nice better than toro bravo in Portland before they closed and that’s saying a lot. We loved the margarita ( fresh ones are not sweet/ sugary). Wish we had a place like this near our home.

Located close to the Redmond airport in an unassuming, small shopping center, you would expect this type of restaurant to be in bustling downtown Bend or Redmond, but what’s nice is it’s out of the way, and so worth the drive to get there. It does get busy, especially now that more people are becoming aware of it, not to mention the devoted regulars (like me!). We’ve tried most of the menu items, but our favorites are the tacos (served with house-made corn tortillas), any of their salads, fresh guacamole, and their appetizer Pulpo a las Brasas (grilled octopus). Try it!

Delicious food across the menu. We have been several times and tried different options. Chicken was great, skirt steak was perfectly cooked, and drinks were fun and tasty. Be sure to try the octopus appetizer!
Since discovering Xalisco a few months ago we've been dining our way thru the menu as often as we can. An incredible and diverse array of offerings of Latin cuisine, not just from Mexico. The flavors are incredible and the presentation five star every time... Probably the best offering in Bend or Redmond, definitely the most interesting.Great drinks, appetizers and desserts. The staff is wonderful and the chef incredible. We've been turning friends and out of town guests on to this restaurant with every one of them having only the best to say... Loving everything they try.Highly recommend checking them out...I think you will be pleasantly amazed and delighted.
Incredible! We are visiting family! Coming from Seattle!! This is top notch food and incredible service!! We’re big travelers and this is the best Mexican food we’ve had for year!! We also enjoyed the extensive menu! The the added touch and dishes you don’t see at other restaurants!!This is one we may have to come all the way from Seattle to eat here!Great job!!
Went there for Valentines lunch and loved it. Great food, very clean and what appeared to be an excellent assortment of Tequila. Will definitely go back!
This place is Awe-some ; I’m from SLC and Always have visited family at Redmond; I glad they have this nice place now where you can enjoy great and delicious food : I tried oven baked ribs and Salmon also .I don’t drink alcohol but saw a lot of people enjoying cocktails at the outdoor seating and they seen enjoying them.Definitely will be my must to go place for the next road trip
Just had lunch and it was incredibly tasty. The staff was attentive and came back to the table to get our thoughts. I had the Ahi tuna tostadas and my spouse had the combination plate. Both dishes were beautifully displayed and the flan was especially delicious. This will be our new go-to dining out experience when we’re craving really good Latin food.
