Today was my first time trying Westside Taco and I’m blown away at how delicious the food was! Everything was fresh and great flavor. The service was also top notch!*edit* my husband and I have now been back several times and we are both OBSESSED!
Phenomenal tacos! I had the root beer carnitas which were fantastic. Also the onion rings are to die for and their green sauce...SO GOOD. Haven't had good street tacos in awhile and these hit the spot. Plus the owners are so friendly and made sure we had a great meal. Thank you!
I've been here twice now tacos are excellent. Especially recommend the root beer carnitas. If you crave tacos with lots of meat these are for you. Tasty in-house made shells. Got in the car hungry with them was going to go buy something to drink first but once that smell hits you you got to get some bites in first
Aaron and Westide Taco.....F'ing LEGIT!!! Best damn tacos, Period. Don't care where you are from. The only thing better than the food which is damn near an impossible task is Aaron (the owner) and his staff. Phenomal food but even better people.Blueberry Brisket. There are no words to truly describe how good. The Al Pastor and Baja Fish were damn fine too. Without a doubt you will leave here with a full belly and taste buds filled with joy.Aaron you sir are THE Man!
Fantastic tacos. The fish taco I had was one of the best I’ve ever had. I loved that it wasn’t full of crunchy cabbage slaw junk like most other places do! The only reason I’m giving four stars is because the wait seemed a little long to get our food after ordering. They didn’t seem super busy but it took a good 25 minutes to get our food. Too long for a food truck
Blueberry Brisket and Rootbeer Carnitas tacos were spectacular; the beer next door was impressive, as well!
Last time we tried to come they were closed, so this time we made sure we tasted everything they had to offer. So we got got one of each of their 7 taco offerings. So we really only needed 2 maaaaaabye 3 tacos. They may be $5-6 tacos but they're stuffed to the very top with meat. Probably 2-3 tacos worth of meat in each one. If you get anywhere close the them in Redmond then run don't walk to Westside Tacos.

Best tacos I’ve ever had, and I don’t think it’s close. Putting that much flavor in a street taco shouldn’t even be possible, but somehow they did it! The tortillas are unlike any I’ve ever seen, somehow able to perfectly contain the flavor and ingredients trying to burst out of them. The brisket and carnitas had layers on layers of flavor, the fish was crispy and fresh, 10/10 would recommend!
I was only in Redmond for the day, and wanted to eat the best food in town. I must have found it. These tacos and onion rings were out of this world. I got the Root Beer Carnitas, the Blueberry Brisket taco, the curry chicken, and the onion rings smothered in some kind of blueberry sauce. The first two were my favorite, recommended by the very kind woman in the food truck who helped me and remembered my name. If you have to pick one place to eat in Redmond, go here, sit one of their nice outdoor tables, and soak in the sun while enjoying the best tacos around. You will not regret it.
