I ordered no sour cream and specifically said “food allergy”. I also asked at the pick up window that there is no sour cream in the box they marked. They said no sour cream and here I am now with my son having an allergic reaction and there was SOUR CREAM! Also, beard looking hair in the nacho cheese of my other son’s. This place is disgusting and the staff is incompetent. Waited in a five car line for 45 minutes. Highly do not recommend this restaurant. Taco Bell lovers beware, it’s not worth it.
Had to wait 42 minutes in line with 6 people ahead of me to get my order. It just gets worse and worse every time I go. And you would think it's because they were probably understaffed, no there were 2 people standing at the window at the register for 12 minutes that I was waiting to get my food. Management needs to do better
The line is incredible, no one is working so theres no dine in. I got the wrong food and I'm not sitting through the 15 car line to get the right food. Throughly unimpressed. They cant hear you through the intercom. And they're very rude about it clearly because they're overworked and understaffed.THIS DOESNT JUSTIFY BEING RUDE TO THEM.
The Taco Bell in Redmond Oregon that I went to needs more employees. I waited a half an hour before my order was up.I ordered a burrito hard shell taco and a drink. The hard shell taco hardly had any meat in it little bit of cheese and a lot of lettuce. I feel they can do better I put in a little more meat in their tacos and cheese and a little less lettuce. I had this happen before in that same location with hardly any meat in there and their tacos.The bean burrito was okay I give it 50 out of 100 it had more tortilla and not much filling....
Slowest Taco Bell on the face of the earth. No incentive to improve their process. I’ve been coming back hoping they will have gotten their act together but they are always… always slow. I just ordered food an hour ago and it still isn’t ready. The antithesis of fast food.
I wish I could give a better review but after doing an app order, being told it was being prepared and was even ready, I still walked out of the store almost 2 hours later with them "having yet to see my order" and still being charged. $30 later, no food and a 2 hour wait could get less than a 1 star in my opinion. The employees however, WERE DOING their best, but the system is broken!
Staff are so nice and food is consistent… but we just hate the slow, SLOW drive through line. It took over 50 minutes to get through the drive though line last time. I have waited up to 57 minutes before too.
Watching one person do all of the delivery orders and 3 other employees in my eyesight sitting and doing non essential things when it's so busy is very frustrating. Multiple delivery drivers have been waiting for more than 30 minutes while Maureen sits and counts a till down instead of taking care of the customers. Another employee/possibly management sitting in the lobby on her laptop. I've seen this too many times now. It is super frustrating for your customers, delivery drivers, and I'm sure your employees. No wonder they keep calling in sick.
Tried their new Double Steak Grilled Cheese burrito and it wasn't as they advertised on TV. You had to really look for the steak and there was maybe 5 tiny tiny pieces in the burrito! For the price, this item was not worth buying. Won't make that mistake again!
Tonight we went to Taco Bell for dinner. We were stuck in this line for over an hour. People drove over the curb to leave, they were honking, revving their motors and yelling out their windows because it was taking so long! From the time we ordered to the window was 45 minutes! Once there, it was over 2 minutes before they even opened the window that they were standing at to even collect the money. This is ridiculous!!!! They didn’t have our 2 drinks ready or anything! At least 7 people left before they were stuck in the line and 2 drive over curbs to get out of line. We will not be back.
