Service was great, however the bread was dry and the tuna had no taste

I work at this subway it's a great environment and we're always smiling and keeping our location clean

Great personality. Fast meals. And made everything as i wanted it.

1/2 hour before close. Staff was pleasant but interested more in closing chores.

Called to cancel and order that my boyfriend accidentally placed, was answered by an extremely rude woman who threw some terminology about “wasting out” our order, when I asked her what this meant and if we would be refunded she barked out “yes, I just said I wasted your order” again, I do not work at subway, for a reason, so I did not know what this meant. Instead of simply replying, “yes, you’ll be refunded.”. I apologized for mishearing her and told her she didn’t need to be rude about it, to which she replied by yelling into the phone until I hung up. Out of 3 locations in Redmond, this should be your last choice.

Mario was very rude and unprofessional! I had to repeat myself multiple times and still got a very rude and disrespectful attitude. Instead of letting me know that they don't have an item anymore he just said no.

The staff are friendly and fun, the quality and service are almost always great, and the restaurant is usually very clean. However, ordering on the app has caused me to get the wrong toppings several times. The one time I went back, I was told it was made how I ordered it and was given no sympathy for the error the app caused. As such, I recommend just ordering at the store (inside or at the drive through) because you will get better service and order accuracy.

What a disappointing experience. Two of your female employees were arguing about the timer on the bread oven. When asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted, I said no. She then proceeded to put it in the toaster. I had to remind her that I didn't want it toasted. She then said "you don't want the bacon toasted?" I asked if there was a way to toast the bacon without the entire sandwich. When I was asked what veggies I wanted on it, I had to tell her twice on the same item and it never made it to the sandwich. I ordered a cup of soup and it came half filled. I won't be going back. I can be patient with short staff and longer wait times. It isn't acceptable to have employees arguing and being disregarded on your specific requests.

I'd like it better if the youngsters would have pride in their job

So disappointed with the service I received from subway today. All I wanted was my sandwich toasted and to have Mayo and mustard with black pepper on it and I didn’t get it. I even questioned the girl if she toasted my sandwich and she said yes and it clearly is not. Then I called to complain about my order and the girl who answered the phone said thanks I’ll let my manager know and that was it!!! Come on, your job is not that hard!!!
