whatever young lady working on Jun12 during the day must have been new and was definitely acting too rude for how much she had no clue what she was doing..first she tells me that they don’t toast the cheese at all on sandwiches and refused do toast the sandwich with cheese.next when she goes to toast it she REMOVES the meat and stuff from the sandwich and puts it onto another plate like thing before putting it into the toaster… so we get non-toasted bread and.. toasted meat?? very odd.. ?then I watched her struggle trying to get the toasted meat off of the platter thing back onto the sandwich and eventually just flipped the meat upside down right back onto the sandwich…I am not joking. this actually happened…. I WISH I was joking… ???

I’m sitting here writing this now.3 people working. One car at the window. No other customers. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes waiting to order before I was approached and ask what I wanted. Not a hello or welcome or anything for 8 min.I asked about what was on a couple new sandwiches. The kid pointed to bins on the service line and said “these and these and I think these”.I ordered the sandwich and it was made fine and tastes good. When I attempted to pay the girl was too shy to look at me, I couldn’t hear the mouse responses to me asking for a meal.I’m not really bothered by the kids service as they are you and learning but where is a supervisor to manage how things are being done? Who is running this place and not training young kids?

Very poor customer service, kids working behind the counter need some manners. They have problems answering questions about menu changes, their feelings get hurt if you ask too many questions.

Great food great service

Hannah was absolutely astounding! She was dealing with this a**hole with a mole on his face in front of me, being a total champ. Fun fact, if you can’t pay for the food, then leave!!! It’s that simple! Hannah, I am with you and your whole team! You guys are never alone, and you handled it perfectly! <3

I think you should know your employees let the phone ring for over 6 minutes with no customers inside. I also think you should know they have no smile or customer service. If your business is slow and you are wondering why I would start with basic customer service skills and work up from there. I sat In Your drive Thru for 20 minutes by myself.

Neither employee said "hello" or "be right with you"....nothing. I watched as their drive thru took priority, including new cars arriving after I walked into the dining room. Everything looked clean and fresh so I had high hopes, but I decided to call it after about 5 minutes of being completely ignored as well as watching the young lady's hair drag around the food. Whatever happened to dress code and sanitation?? The group of men that I let go in front of me as I decide to leave were helped IMMEDIATELY. Teach your employees some manners and get the owner in the franchise, behind the counter. If you can't hire help, then YOU BECOME THE HELP.
