I see a lot of older, COVID lockdown era, reviews so I thought I'd give a post COVID one.Food is typical of any Shari's you eat at; decently priced and portioned, a bit high in salt or sugar depending on what you're ordering.Service at this location was fast, and my lunch came out nice and hot, side note that I had an early meal at around 10:00 a.m. when restaurants are usually slower.This Shari's is nearly emaculate in cleanliness compared to either of the Bend locations, huge plus.Waitresses and hostess were friendly and chatty. My drink never ran out, and I was checked on probably every 15 minutes or so.Recommend this location over either Bend location just on cleanliness alone, but also because service was faster and friendlier as well.
Worst dining experience ever. Servers were rude and unprofessional. Left before we had a chance to order. Along with several other parties.
Customer service is absolutely terrible. Your workers hardly ever acknowledge customers or delivery drivers. It's been multiple times that my deliveries have been late due to their incompetence. Set your pick up times later if you're understaffed.Sitting there waiting while 4 other customers mention how they also haven't been acknowledged is absolutely ridiculous. Teach your workers how to acknowledge people as they come in or as they are waiting. Every other store is understaffed, and it's understandable. But the customer's still need to be acknowledged.
Amazing! I have eaten at Shari's, of and on for the last 30 years. We went yesterday and DANG, the waitress was amazingly responsive, food was awesome and I felt no pressure to exit the building. It was like dinner at home with live. Thanks Shari's! Great job.
Hospital food is way better than this place. And that to put it nicely.The food was tasteless and not worth the price. Will never ever EVER order from here again!!!! If I could give zero stars I will.give it to them. Do better!
The service is horrible they are super slow. To seat u and to take ur order took almost an hour to get a seat when it wasn’t busy this is ridiculous if I could do a negative stars I would and the food is good but sometimes the cheap on the food don’t give u enough for the price
Filthy restaurant. Greasy tables. Partially burned burger. Was much better years ago, but now filth everywhere. Fries cooked in old oil. Bathroom filth too.
Food was typical truck stop cafe affair, service was excellent far better than when we were here a few years prior. Only complaint is they didn't have much for pies available otherwise this visit would have the full 5 stars. I don't expect much from places like sharia but on a road trip they are inexpensive and have decent food with good vegetarian options most of the time. Our waitress was excellent as was the visit.
Terrible customer service are waiter June was very rude the whole time never refilled are drinks and are order was messed up twice . We arrived at around 8:30 pm Jan 1st and felt like we where being shoved out from the moment we got there.June was even rude when I went to pay she was angry I did not tip more I'm sorry but bad service bad tip my wife even tried to be nice and say sorry for the trouble but all we got was a rude yea right. The cook was glaring at us the whole time she was also drinking water and eating food over the food she was cooking for customers I have worked in food service and that is a food code violation if I've ever seen one and just gross nobody what saliva or chewed up food from her mouth in are food. We will not be visiting sharis again nether will are family or friends as they have gotten the same kind of service everything. Maybe train your staff better and just hire better people who can handle there job.
The service tonight is the absolute worst I have ever experienced here! I asked for coffee and never got it so I went to the register and asked for it and was told 3 times that I had to pay for it before I could have it and I asked if I had to pay for my food before I could have it also! The witch at the register said no, but I have been waiting for 20 minutes for her to return to take our order still no show but she has taken other people's orders. I guess they just don't like the way I look. I have clean clothes and I showered just before I left home. I have NO IDEA WHAT HER PROBLEM IS BUT I AM ANGRY AND YOU COULD NOT PAY ME TO EAT HERE.
