Terrible customer service. No greet when walking in. Looked at like an idiot when leaving. Never once asked if needed a drink. Had a dog running around the inside, terrible health hazard btw. Overall horrible experience. F---

The place has a very calm atmosphere which contributes to a pleasant visit. It's clean, the lighting goes well with the decor, the employee was friendly and wore a smile, and I felt safe there. I appreciate well established businesses such as Sassys. Will visit again.
