Wow. Just WOW. I have to hand it to them; this has got to be one of the best examples of "Customer Service" I have ever seen.I Order 2 Pizza's for delivery at 9:22pm. It says "best guess time, 20 to 30 minutes" I think, okay, that's fine. 12pm MIDNIGHT And NOTHING! I gave them my complete address. I paid them ON the page i ordered from. I gave them the door code to my apartment. NOTHING. I will NEVER order from this place again. And I intend to go in as soon as they open tomorrow and DEMAND both my food, AND a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.
I pre-ordered pizza for my sitter and the kiddos she watches. It was just a couple pizzas and breadsticks. They called 15 minutes before it was supposed to be there to inform me they had no driver. I am beyond mad. I ended up having to order from domino's. I promised those babies pizza and if there was a problem they should have contacted me sooner. The store opens at 10, I ordered for noon.
If I can give it a 0 I will. I ordered my pizza 6:12. 7:06 it on it way. Right now it 8:06 and there is no pizza. I live 5 minutes from them I was heading home from work in bend so I said why not order pizza it will get by the time I get home. I guess not. But did not know it take one hour to deliver your food. Called the store and they said there was one person it from of you but I didn’t think it will take an hour to deliver the one in from of me.
Got a lukewarm pizza. I called the store and was told that they are busy, and that here is nothing that can do. Told him fine will never order from this Pizza Hut again. Also deleted the app.
I ordered a white sauce, veggie pizza along with cinnamon rolls to be delivered. Although the delivery time was acceptable, the food was terrible. The crust was hard, not even sure I received the right crust, I ordered extra white sauce, there was barely any on the pizza and the amount of toppings was almost non-existant! In addition, the cinnamon rolls are "tiny" to say the least. I will not return.
Ordering was easy, delivery was quick but quality of my SPECIALTY PIZZA was unsatisfactory. This isn't a cheap one typing pizza, IT'S A SPECIALTY PIZZA. Nothing special about it. Where was the pride when they boxed this one up for deliver Pizza Hut?
I did an online order for a dinner box to be delivered. Recieved a call 30 minutes later telling me my order was canceled, they were out of dough & they had no delivery driver for the rest of the evening. Was told it would take 3 days for my refund to appear & they refused to comp anything on a new pick up order or offer any deal for a similar order. My children would like to know why you can make an online delivery order for pizza they don't have and can't deliver? The employee over the phone & manager in the background couldn't care less that they mucked up, I still had hungry kids or that the customer wasn't happy. Wow!
Nice it’s 20 above and you just leave myPizza on my door step ? I told the lady on the phone to ring the bell so my food wouldn’t be cold thanks for dinner I new I should of ordered from pappys
There may not be a next time. Quality of food has really declined. Was very disappointed
Pizza hut is ok. I remember it being better when I was a kid.
